Excellent Ram. Now this clearly proves how much Kwacker is serious about India. I'm sure, Kawi will lead Indian market in no time. Tks Ram.Originally posted by whizzkid_ram View PostSkill is what keeps you on a Motorcycle

But...Originally posted by Hyperion View PostHoly crap! PS = Pounds per square inch? I didnt know power was measured in PSI
that's how most car manufacturers publish their numbers these days. They say xx ps for Bhp & XX Kgm for torque. Check out any car mfg site in India, that's the standards. I really wish they show in terms of Bhp or Hp

PSI is pounds per sq inch... the unit to measure how much air needs to be filled into the tires.
Hyperion is right. He was merely pointing out the mix-up as PSI was shown as engine power

Moreover there's gonna be a 2% increase in duties it seems from the next fiscal budget for motorcycles ... Not sure on what ... So you can expect a 3000 to 5000 price bump ... My prof. when was giving a brief note on next years fiscal, notified that point ...2011 - CBR 250R (RED, Delivered) - Happy Man! - SOLD
2014 - Royal Enfield - Classic 500 Desert Storm - Awaiting

and any information about the F.E ??
Videos on internet show 160+kmph on the bike's speedo.. but no actual gps reading found yet.. I searched a lot.. And F.E according to a review what they actually got was 28kmpl.. and that was on freeways and canyons riding and testing the bike on extreme.. So under normal condition i think it shoul be around 30.. Company claims the same. You gotta risk it.. to get da biscuit !!!
