The engine looks like a carbon copy of the KTM 125/200 Duke. Absence of cooling fins means its a liquid cooled unit..!!
Mr. Bajaj had already started in previous interviews that the next gen Pulsars would feature 4 valve heads and share a lot of parts with the KTM baby Dukes.
But 125 cc..?? That's stretching the word "speculation" too much without applying common sense. Honestly how much can a manufacturer expect to earn from a 125 cc, no matter how groundbreaking the engine tech might be?

isn't this bike a little too big for a 125CC, is there a chance that is a P150. KTM125 CC bored out to 150.
since P135 is still relatively fresh and does not need replacement.
but shouldn't they first launch the bike with most CC's first.
in terms of launch sequence w.r.t. CC & price, it should either be top down or bottom up and not start from middle.
how much will be the downpayment??

looks like it will be having a twin spar frame (cant see any down tubes in the snaps) like the r15 , that should improve its handling a lot,

Good to see Indian manufacturers finally playing with rounder profile rubbers.
The engine has to be Liquid cooled and 4-valve config, pouncing out more fire than even for a Pulsar, but I think that's where the similarities with KTM would end because -
1) Bajaj would like to bring a VFM product for the vitamine M deprived janta.
2) Rearing a cannibalistic siblick for the D200, would be like let my own puppy bite off my own a**
And as Payeng said, I too believe that thinking the bikes in the spy pics as 125 is a bit too much, jut because it does not sport a rear disc... and we should really wait for the cat to come out of the cage.

A few days earlier a friend of mine claimed that they were shooting a pulsar ad near the ferry dock in Panaji. Was at work so couldn't go out to check what model it was. When i asked him he told me that it was a 1** something model. Now this friend of mine is not a petrol head so he didn't bother checking out the bike. So was it the new pulsar or just a commercial shoot of the p135(btw does a p135 ad already exist). Any Goan around to confirm this?
