At that price its actually reasonable. 2 lakhs is asking a bit too much considering (RE fans excuse me for this comparison) the CBR250R is available at that price which is infinitely better in all aspects except the thump and perhaps the seating.Originally posted by surendran View Post
So on-road will be around 1.6 Lakhs ???Currently without a vehicle. Uber App and Bangalore Metro serving all my travel needs.

You are correct.
People who will go for Thudnerbird 500 will always be the new guys and not the older ones. As it is a retro cruiser, and has a lot of glamor in it
...
so they will think twice before going for Thunderbird500, as CBR250 R is also present there.
So if RE puts the bike at 1.6 Lac on road, then its an awesome deal, otherwise 2 Lac is too much for that bike.______________________________________________________________

RE are not very famous for average. C500 returns between 25 to 33 kmpl.Originally posted by kantu View PostDigital Display also has Fuel Avg / Mileage indicator. I had seen this only in TVS Flame Didnt know even this had it.
But 22 ?
Another reason could be this is a Real Time Mileage Indicator and shows real time figures .

Whats with the all black range. Inclusion of Silver and Red would not have harmed. The price seems ideal. Lots of new features is a welcoming change. Reliability and quality of the new instruments can only be gauged once it is launched.Originally posted by surendran View PostMotorBeam - Indian Car Bike News & Reviews have reported as follows
