2013 Kawasaki Ninja 250R Revealed..!!

August and October are definitely 2012 for Indonesia. What ZigWheels did was just a wild guess, just as anyone of us can do. The only source which can tell us the exact time by which the N250 will be available in India or give us the exact guess for the same would be Bajaj themselves.Originally posted by arunrk85 View Post

The Ninja 250 is actually manufactured in Thailand, not Indonesia. So, the one in India also comes from Thailand.Originally posted by arunrk85 View PostFirst of all I'm glad I listened to my heart which kept saying to wait for the 2013 model it'll be different
. I've already saved about 1/3rd of the current model's OTR price
Now for the question:
As far as I know the Ninja 250R being sold in India is brought as a CKD by Bajaj from Indonesia, assembled and sold here at 3+ Lakhs.
If the 2013 models will be able in Indonesia by this August end (for non ABS) and October (for ABS) why can't we Indians expect this bike latest by the 1st quarter of 2013???
Sources like Zigwheels claims that this model would be available by 2014. Any particular reason for this? Or am I to believe that the August and October mentioned above are Aug and Oct 2013???
It is surprising to note that even though its manufactured in Thailand, Kawasaki chose to announce it to the world in Indonesia

nope, its FI only, carb ones sell in USASorry, was vague about the top speed. 161kmph was achieved on the track they tested in. Perhaps we have to wait for some more information once the bike is released!Originally posted by ABikerAtHeart View PostI GUESS this has a rev-limiter.
OT: White, Black or Grey - orgasmic.
The classic lime looks a lil odd cuz of the black paneling between the head cowl and side panels.
The fins sure look like the ones on V2.
The headlight looks either orgasmic from certain angles or totally an eyesore from the others. I maybe wrong but the headlights look small vis-a-vis the whole masculine body.
#Personal perspective.

Indonesia had the carbed version before this. So its an upgrade for that market.
Power & Torque figures have only increased slightly over the carbed version.

price wont matter much. The Ninja is also more expensive than the CBR 250 in Indonesia. But the CBR just cant match it in terms of sales.Originally posted by Boom S View Postwhaaat ??

These bikes belong to the premium market, and consumers in this category just cannot be attracted by price alone. The Ninja has a far better fan following and its really the only bike in the category which can offer the feel of a big bike at a friendly price (& world class quality)!
