that has been taken care of aswell..if you see the video in the Ninja 250R ownership thread (post # 9720) it shows the are under the rear seat is slightly concave, which can be clearly used as a grab rail ..Smart huh..?
Just because you haven't seen it doesnt mean its impossible...expect the unexpected.

It has got the grab rails, Kawasaki has shown little smartness in designing it, really impressed

the new design looks fresh and better than the other 250 cc bike.
and its a good thimg that they have finally put a digital instrument console.
the digital instrument cluster looks a bit too much colorful.... and by the shape of it....it looks straight out of a space ship or something like star wars.
could have been better but this is good.
It looks different, and contains lots of Info

more torque available in low and midrange-does it mean sacrificing some of its top end punch.?
and combined with new chasis and wider tyre-does it mean less flickable?
and everything combined- is it that kawasaki is trying to make it more practicle, easy to ride in city and thus giving it a bit sport tourer like character. making it less flickable and more stable in straight line, more low and mid range and compromised topend. just my doubts.
I too doubt the same. The design tough dosent look like a sports tourer, but I think the Kawks are making it more pratical for city rides

anybody knows the change in wheelbase? rake and trail? what kind of suspension changes?

this one seems like a kickass model.
sure... visually this model can better other 600cc models also.

cani ask something more? make india as a production base and export to the world and gove it to us much cheaper.
Yes, just this ONE more plea. Pretty Please
          My comments in bold...
and BTW, My sudden MID-YEAR resolution --

Will start saving hard from today only, so that I can be ready when Bajaj will be ready

Doesnt the current version redline at 12k rpm all the way to 14? :/

This one redlines at 13k all the way till 15.
No man both the Ninja 250R starts red-lining at 13k rpm and revv limits at 15k rpm. See the pics attached below.

Unless Honda does some "real" innovation before it hits Indian shores, this will put CBR to R.I.P, as I myself am looking forward to replace my CBR for this one, just for the excellent service from BAL.

CBR250R and Ninja250 are different bikes with different performance/behaviour and have different target customers and different prices.

new ninja250 won't create any dent in CBR sales unless it is priced within 25000-50000 of CBR, which hightly unlikely.
