My speculations (if its a 250cc)
250cc - 27.5 hp @8k RPM, maybe ~24 Nm torque @ 7k RPM, 100 mm front tire, 120 mm rear tire, 155 kg kerb weight (I see some redesign of plastic), 55w halogen HL.

That will be a good start. Very much possible with EBR around.
It will be too fast

with 120mm tires let it have a 130.
And the weight seems 4 kg less than ZMR. so new frame will come in.

Bike in the picture must be Karima ZMR Pro or something I guess

GRS gas charged suspension, ZMRs handle bar, ZMRs tires all are intact.

Here need to come up with:

a new frame
a new philosophy
modern suspension bits
Decent lighting
Liquid cooling

and should stop painting the nuts and bolts red.

Both the bikes have different exhausts. And one of them has a rear drum brake, while the other has a disc brake. I speculate a 250cc and a 150cc bike in the works!

I would love to agree to your point but the height of both the clip on varies.. the one with the drum brake seems to be like the ZMR's clip on..

Hoping that the power of the 2 bikes have increase.. one being a Carb - Karizma Pro and the other being a FI engine ZMR Pro..

Just a wild guess..

we will have to wait for 2 months to get the complete details on these 2 machines.. but for sure they are 2 different bikes..

The drum brake one has the silencer of a Karizma - R and the one with the disc brake has the silencer of a ZMR.. can't be too sure.. but possibilities are always there

Karizma 250 sounds good to us.. but HMC doesnt realise it.. the other day when i was in svc.. i asked the nechanic there about new upcoming bike and he said xpro is the latest.. initially i thought he is talking the new bike.. but later realized its the passion xpro.. laughex to the core.. bwahahahahahaha

I vote for a faired Xtreme. [without CBZ tag] Because the tail is from new CBZ.

One thing we can be sure of is this bike will have the most advanced STICKERS! Performance be damned!

You will never know.. its about time.. lets see what holds good.. and the tail doesn't seem like that of CBZ.. the turn indicators are isolated from the tail lamp.. atleast that how it looks like to me.. (my opinion)

There will be major changes.. hoping the liquid cooled engine.. lets wait for the launch and not speculate before things happen

Hello didn't you know? The "CB"Z tag has been dropped long back... these days it's just called as the "XTREME"

The one with ZMR clip-ons has same Karizma exhaust. Indicating it is gonna be a slight tweak in design. Could be a twin headlight fairing similar to CBR 500 series.

The one with lower clip-ons has a new exhaust. Similar to Honda Stunner.. Could this be a new 150cc from Hero honda? It has a 100Section rear tyre, could not be a 250 by any chance.

I think both are just refreshed version of existing bikes with some new Styling and features.. but still, possibility of 250 cc Bike still exist..

Karizma 250 is not likely. They will give it a new name instead.

Unlike Bajaj, Hero never had same name for different cc siblings.

Also Hero will be looking for a new beginning, to forget the Honda traces, They will prefer a new name I believe.

What is in picture doesn't look like a 250cc machine though.

Hero can bring in good products. Now they they have EBR with them. So they need not just work on stickers.
Come on guys, Lets hope for some good things rather than basing them based on history.

Let them change history.

Can't agree totally.. Hero did try to piggy back on some famous brand names.

Eg:

Splendor -> Super Splendor -> Splendor NXG
Passion Pro -> Passion XPro
Karizma -> Karizma ZMR

True but

Passion Pro -> Passion XPro Have same capacity engine ?
Karizma -> Karizma ZMR Have same capacity engine.

Super Splendor may be the only one that added some cc.

Yes we can't completely write off the chances of so Karizma 250. but its just my thinking that it will be something else.

Reality Check:

The Passion Pro has the original CD100 derived Horizontal 97 cc engine
The Passion xPro has got the Honda Twister/Dream Yuga donated 110 cc Vertical engine
