Cant be sure if its going to sell good.. Doesn't have front disc break. For a 150cc not to have disc break is kinda bumper, dont you think?

Does it takes a lot of RD for a company like Yamaha to set up a conventional disc brake for a 150cc ???
............SZ was shown as a 135 commuter concept, now its 150.....so likewise, the parts too would come up.Lets not forget that Yamaha is the company that gave the Bug eyed 125cc Fazer and the Enticer cruiser......the disc brakes too !!!!

I think there may be slight change in the design of the SZ also .. i am sure it may look like wt they displyed in the show .. but it will have slight changes ...

and BTW bug eye fazer is weird looking bike and i really loved it .. i always thought of getting one for me earlier

Its not about the R&D and stuff.. But when u buy a bike do u expect basics to come later or when the bike gets launched? and this is not a mod of some kind to get it done later nor its a 100cc bike.

Thats what I meant to say......Yamaha would launch it with disc brakes, they did it on bikes humbler in comparison to the SZ.So why not the SZ???

SZ was a 135 concept that was shown and meant for commuters....now its 150cc,still meant for commuters...probably power commuters, but carries the message that both drum brakes and disc brake versions would be available like the Hero Honda Achiever.

@ all - friends SZ will be available in both the disc as well as a drum brake option for price concious people.

This will do a lot of good to the Avenger's already decent touring capabilities. Hurray for Bajaj.

And I bet that news was picked up from the discussion at xBhp.

A lot of information is picked up from xbhp. As long as its spreading info, okay, but when sites claim its their 'exclusive' report, things aren't right.

BTW I'd read that the Avenger's 220cc mill would be a 4-valve? If true, then its a very smart move. Field test the 220cc mill's new valve configuration, in a very unobtrusive way.
                              You get the point?? :D
