No issues for me,ask bajaj..........they cut techs on P220 to reduce its price.....and that made it more powerful too.They have to stay in contention with ZMA,ZMR,RTR180,R15 with the price tag for the below 250 range.Originally posted by rennycornelius View Post

Guys, another thing that i'd like to add to what i posted earlier.. Bajaj is NOT cutting down on the cost front.. They're willing to gain quality and reliability AT PAR WITH "YOU KNOW WHO" for this upcoming mill WITHOUT cost cutting, just to prove that a 5-Letter Indian is capable of ROCKING the INDIAN & INTERNATIONAL MARKETS of the same "YOU KNOW WHO".. As far as i know, they don't wanna be known as the "DOUBLE SIDED TAPE" company (220ians will know what i mean)..

Hi Everybody
I'm a silent member in XBHP, this is my first post. Today I had a chance to speak with a TVS R&D person through my friend, reg. RTR 2XX. what he said > RTR 2XX is just a Rumor, we had started the project last year but dropped it very soon, so no RTR 2XX been developed. if required we may resume it but the bike will be out only after 3 years of time.

after all I've been waiting n serching for RTR 2XX stuff for the last 6months. got disappointed lot

I am doing my internship at the BMW dealer in Bangalore - Navnit Motors.
Had a chance to speak to marketing head of Bangalore and Mumbai. He said that BMW Motorrad would be making its foray into the Indian market in the coming year.
On asking the entry level pricing, he confidently said 17 Lac ! Perplexed, I asked him why entry level Beemers are priced more than entry level Ducatis. He said that the all round tourers though expensive are more suitable to our conditions(hinting touring) and claims that 5 enthusiasts are willing to put their money on the table already(a couple of them being GS owners !)4 wheels move the body, 2 wheels move the soul.Comment

we are waiting for our own 250cc bike.i got chance to see bikes and cars in usa second time.bikes are really very beautiful and powerful.bikes are of all makes and model but most of bikes i saw are cruisers and sports models.very bad condition of cars.on steven creek san jose at least appx.10000 cars parked both side of road new and certified ones.all major car makers are selling certified cars such as mery-benz,bmw,honda,nissan,vw,toyota etc.in big-big cars no.occupant is single except indian,chinese and maxicans.these on week-end go with their families.it is haven for automobile lovers in usa.vijay super-1981,vespa1984,herohonda1988,herohondasleek1989,su zuki shaolin1994,herohondacbz2000,suzukiferro2000,honda unicorn2004,kawasaki-bajaj eliminator2005,rtr1802010Comment

hey guys what happened to the cruiser segment.......
i think they are too dying has the scooter's did some decade ago....
i request some manufactures to come with a single cyl 250cc carb with some 20bhp & with the top speed of 120kmph at a affordable cost of OTR Rs.90000/- inr.....i hope this can be done & 120 should aid some good cruising the highway...
pls show some light & give (me) us a fa(s)t cruiser with a reliable engine
