As far as my exp goes, its been around 6 months since the GTR came home and when i say Gareware has done everything in their power to make sure i have a good ownership experience, i mean it.
The product is not bulletproof.
It has its strong points and weaker ones, just like any other brand out there.
So, expect the GT250 to have its up's and down's as well.
Its just that the way they handle any given issue has been satisfactory. I found myself talking to their regional technical manager, GM, Service head quite frequently. They dont just hear my complaints but actually listen to it take it seriously and work on it, not only that - they follow-up after returning the bike from service to make sure there are no reminiscent issues.
Dont mean to point fingers, but - I dont see many well established brands doing that today except for Kawasaki. I was surprised with the level of service.
Its a good product, there's good spares/service network, if only the technical knowledge of the service tech's were better than what it is now, there's nothing to it. I see it gradually improving with time...

.. can't wait to see the bike and know abt price and more details ...
