Raj, that is some fine progress you have made in resurrecting your kb125. hope iam not jumping on the bandwagon late.glad to see some one spending so much time and effort on something he is passionate about. wont be a bad idea to get a professional mechanic to help you with the core jobs of the bike. all the same, it looks like you know what you are doing and have everything under control.

YB100 bhai, that was some sooper dooper rebuild. The pictures were simply amazing. I wish to congratulate your friend (RX115) for taking such time & pain to restore the GTO125. The best part was use of all genuine spares. Keep it up.Originally posted by yb100 View Postdear also check this link its my friend`s bike

Spent the better part of the day hunting for spares. apparently, everything gets mnufactured in and arund delhi but gets shipped to other cities as the market for kb100/125 spares is negligble here.
what i got today-headlamp(lumax) + combination switches. what i didn't get-o ring kit.

After struggling against the rusted screws in the engine block for an aeon, i got myself a Skil impact drill and a Bosch metal drill bit set and drilled those damned screw-heads off. i hope to disassemble the engine completely by tomorrow. would've done it today, but wifey's complaining a bit too much!!!

I split the crankcase, removed the transmission assembly and got all parts out less the crankshaft. Its stuck and my crank case splitter doesn't seem to be able to do the job well enough. I'm almost there..... in a couple of days I'll be ready to start looking for a good paintshop which can sandblast the frame and do a good paint job.
