Yes, they make spokes and are available at Rs.450/set. I couldn't lay my hands on them because the dealer is a nutcase who is not interested in doing business. The day I went there, he only had rims with him and kep giving tareeq pe tareeq (2) for spokes

    HH Spokes are direct fit.
    Update

Finally, bike was delivered this evening at my father's office. Rode it for 1-2kms. Low end torque is amazing! I looked like a L board while riding it I guess. I feel it pulls slightly to the right. Not sure. Will have to ride more.

Currently, bike is in my father's office garage. Will bring it home on Wednesday evening and start using from Thursday.

I will post pics, cost, vendor details and all other factual details then.

Today, I got the puja done for the bike. Went at 9:15AM to my father's office where the bike was parked from the past three days. Initially filled 1 litre petrol at Avinash (?) bunk, since it was an IOC didn't want to fill too much. Then headed straight to UB city Shell bunk. Filled five litres of petrol with 2% premix. Bike also has oil pump functioning. Headed to a temple to get the puja done. Puja over and I start and engage first gear, release clutch and the bike stalled. Happened 4-5times. Pushed the bike to father's office again and have left it there.

Called my technician. He informed me it is a clutch adjustment issue and he will come to the spot tomorrow noon and set it right.

Meanwhile, petrol has leaked from the tap and dirtied the engine covers on the left side (2T oil tank side). I do not know if ONR would be good enough to remove the stains. Else I will have to get it re-painted. Currently it is looking like KSRTC bustand toilet pit.

Long story short, picutre abhi khatan nahi hua hai.

I thought Mauli Sahab work isn't turning out like before? I read some reviews to that effect. My Grouse with DTW paint is only this-He only takes care of the exterior. The interior side of parts in stuff like engine covers are left untouched. Thats why the average rating.

Shri Sai Moto Care is run by a technician who has been working on RXs from 1986. He was the ex-Farid guy I was talking about few pages earlier. The problem with him now is, since he no longer works for any authorised garage he summarily lacks the discipline. It took some tough talking (pour a litre of kersosene and burn the bike) from me & dad to get him to complete the bike.

My immediate next objective is to get KA plates. Once that is done I will go into bug fix mode. Thanks a lot for offering to help. I may approach you two weeks from now.

Where is your technician located in B'lore? If you are not comfortable revealing here, pls PM me. That would be helpful.

Mauli sahab is still the best. My Green 5-Speeder, the Milky white RX-Z are all done by him. Infact 90% of the 2-strokes that come to my tuner's place goto this place itself.

                    You have the details here:

                    • Clutch issue was sorted out by a local mech. Had to remove the clutch cover and tighten/adjust the nut at the clutch rod end. Though he did say that, clutch rod is a local one and should the issue re-surface, replacing it with OE rod is the only solution. Will hunt for it leisurely. Hard gear shifts corrected itself the day after my rant here Maybe the fixed clutch took care of it.

This would be my daily ride, starting from next week. Will make regular updates to the thread then.

For now though, bike needs KA plates and this would be done two weeks from now.

Finally, I got time this weekend to give some beauty treatment. While taking delivery I had clearly instructed not to wash the bike. This morning, I gave it a wet wipe using ONR. Then followed up with Collinite 845. Clicked few pics, hope you enjoy looking at them.

Non-OEM Silencer plate. Does the job I guess.

                      CEAT Secura, 3.00*18, button type

Imperfect mating of ignition lock and the RH pilot lamp housing/assy. Mirror threads are covered by a rubber bit. Presumably to prevent rusting?

                      CEAT Secura, 2.5*18, ribbed type

I cannot tell you how much my heart aches when I see this. The technician who fitted this should rot in hell

Thank You Sanjith. This tyre is my father choice. Before I could buy a Michelin (bald looking per him) or anything else, he bought this

I retained these indicators since these are stock for this model of 135. Besides, I kind of got bored with the round ones
