... Today I met guy with an ultra neat RX100 and a part of the conversation is given below...
Me : Is there any 2-strokes for sale with your friends or people whom you know?
X :There is a RX for sale with a guy I know in this town itself.
Me : oooooh!!! ....
Whats the price he is asking?
X : I heard like he will be selling the bike for 50k.
Me :

Is it 135 5 Speed?
X : No
, Its a RX100.
Me : RX100??????????

X : Yes, its a newly built RX. Can be said like new factory RX100.... with all genuine parts. And the owner got all the bills for about 35k spend on the bike for the rebuild..
Me :
..
... oooooh Gosh

Doesn't look good stuff to me, I might be completely wrong though...! The hitch is, even if we forget how it's been packed & stuff, even the Tuning Fork Logo seems not to be in the right shape...!Originally posted by sanjithjoseph View PostFound a different packing in a spares shop

Done compression test on my bike and the Result is 140 psi
A well known mechanic for 2-stroke's took a test ride with my bike today and the feedback given by him is, ' Great condition bike you have got, perfect stock tuning and smooth ride, never think about selling this bike 'Last edited by sanjithjoseph; 12-21-2011, 12:14 AM.YAMAHA RX100 - 1986

Got to know that my bro-n-law and his dad use to handle this bike like taking care of a feather. They don't use to give acceleration above 50 km/h normally and taken only to visit nearby shops and all or some short rides with 10 kms .
One of my neighbour too got 1986 model RX100 (Red), perfect stock condition, well maintained, first owner. But he is not ready to sell the bike.Last edited by sanjithjoseph; 12-21-2011, 03:49 PM.YAMAHA RX100 - 1986
