One of my neighbour too got 1986 model RX100 (Red), perfect stock condition, well maintained, first owner. But he is not ready to sell the bike.

aahhhh good on you man, if you haven't done any high speed runs on it take it easy for the first few times don't wack it full

Me bought Full set clutch plates and RR unit 12v (rectifier) today. Will post snaps and price details latter.

Here Clutch plate costs around 125 bucks per piece. Is yours from a old stock by any chance?

Any chance for black or red (not maroon) fuel tank from there?
I'm thinking to change my bike's color to original one RED if original tank is available in Red. But I hate the color maroon for RX.

your existing chassis no. can be stamped on the new chassis without any issues, the dealer will do it for you

no petrol tank

You'll hate for one more reason, this time for not getting Red color fuel tank. As far as I know, Red color stopped long time back, may be some old stock be around. Either you can paint Red (bright) or look around for old stock. I prefer Maroon more than red for it's mellowed and non-flashy.

Red is my all time fav color for RX.
My color preference goes like this.
1. Red
2. Black / Silver
3. Blue / Maroon

I won't go for the painting job to change it. Because I'm sure that its going to lack perfection. Its very difficult to get the exact shade of Red.

Red color old stock is hard to find. Even if, matching shade of side shields is another challenge.

When u get a new chassis from the shop, it is unstamped.

The chassis needs to be stamped in front of the RTO officials.

There is a lengthy procedure for this ... do not buy a chassis unless the seller is willing to give u a proper bill or declaration for it ...
