depends on who made it, poo poo oil like jettx becomes almost useless after 7-8 years but motul can endure more, how do I know? I used jettx in my rebored motor and it brought a faint knock alongwith it. My 2cents run away whenever you see castrol 2 stroke oil they put a lot of carbon in your chamber and bring down the performance.

I'm not sure about that...One of my friend is having 1987 Rx100 and its fitted with speedo written 'YAMAHA'. But he is not the first owner of that bike, so it can't be confirmed. There is a chance like, the first owner replaced the speedos came with the bike.

Anyone else got any Idea like, till when RX100 came with 'RAJDOOT' meter?

what about yours sanjith? has it ever been changed or is it the stock one which came with the bike?

in 86 intial batches came with Yamaha meters, later batches came with Rajdoot meters. Again in 87 those Yamaha meters were back. (I think Escorts realised the importance of the word Yamaha !) Mine is a 87 Aug model, has yamaha meter

'86 bikes came with Rajdoot Speedos .... converted to Yamaha little later ... converted to escorts in the early 98s and then back to Yamaha in 1996 when the RXG was launched

Its stock one which came with the bike.

Gear oil leak problem got fixed today, Problem was with the 'crankcase gasket'. Replaced the crankcase gasket,all engine oil seals, Front socket spacer..Filled new 'YamaLube 2T Gear Oil'.

Today, I was in search for some parts all around the Cochin City (For My bike / My friend's bikes)

135 5speed Magneto cover
135 5speed clutch cover
RXZ 5speed speedo wiring
135 2nd oversize ART Piston
RX 100 carrier springs
Motul 800 2T oil

Parts collected today

A month before me got left side spring and Handle from 'YASS, Cochin'. And I was searching for the other side one.

Today all I could find is Springs for my RX100.Got two set of springs, one into the parts I'm collecting.And regarding Motul 800, Hope I will be getting in october 1st week or 2nd week.

For all other parts me gota visit few more shops..

Valve Seat Assy

When I asked for the 135 float pin the YASS people gave me this..

Seems to be 100's s'part, When I confirmed they told no specific float valve available now for 135 and this one can be used for 135.

Anyway me got 1 another set for my bike into the list of parts Im collecting..
