So Im on the process of getting more info for that. And 90/100 light kit from RD Dreams are no more available, Just heard like that...And at present as advised by Nitesh, Im thinking to get 90/100 light kit from Ravi Nagesh,Bangalore.
H4 bulbs wont get fitted with OE headlight setup and Im too particular in keeping the stock look for my bike. Hella has got the reflector + glass set which can suit H4 bulbs and Nitesh helped me to source one.You can contact him for any help in getting one or I have read some where like using DCM Toyota's light setup for H4 bulbs to get fitted and keeping stock look. But reflector set from hella will be a good choice..

Bore rubbers are OE ones, And the shop people promised me that some rubber parts which I have asked for can be collected in next week.

Im 100% satisfied with MRF Moto-D 2.75 tyre. Moto-D was the Tyre recommended by my friend for better grip and the rear tyre size shown in the owners handbook was 2.75.

The front tyre, MRF Rib was recommended by my mechanic. He told me that 'for the front tyres go for only line tyres and you will get a smooth ride'.In the owner's manual the front tyre size was 2.50. But I have chosen 2.75 since 2.50 will look tooo narrow.

For RX-135 I think the Tyre sizes are 3.00 at rear and 2.75 in front. I have read like 'michelin' has got some tyres with good feedback. Consider them too.
And you can get it clarified from Arun(Bigbore),Nitesh(Yamdoot),Ram,JD and other seniors here...
Thank You for the reply Sanjit. Yes, even the manual recommends rib type tyre for front. I installed 2.75 in front for my 100 and I didn't like it. Makes the front end heavy. 135 also has the same recommended specs as 100. So will install 2.5 on 135. Planning to try MRF this time around atleast for the front.

Will H4 bulb fit in the stock bulb holder? Or should that be changed?

Yes, me too not satisfied with the line tyres...but the mechanic says it has got advantages.

From what I heard is H4 bulbs wont get fit to the stock holder. Anyway it has to be changed because once we go for 90/100 light the holders should be 'Ceramic' ones, plastic ones will get melted at high temp.

I'm not against people having 100/90 headlight. However, would think 60/55w is more than enough, unless you only want to ride the bike on pitch dark/highway. Also, it causes temporary blindness to people coming in opposite direction is indirectly pose a thread to you. I'm using Philips 60/55w and it has a decent throw and illumination is pretty good and satisfactory.

Does Hella sealed beam comes with parking bulb provision? DCM toyota - Lumax make does come with and it just looks stock.

Oh that sounds good. Yes, me too planning to get a 55/60 w bulb but the wiring to be done for 90/100.Advice me if there is any problem in doing so.
so that, if I feels like switching to 90/100 its just the job of changing the bulbs.

Hella sealed beam does't have the provision for parking bulb,It has got the stock look. Thinking to make a hole by drilling to fit the parking bulb, but I'm in doubt whether it will damage the reflector coating.

How about the quality of 'DCM toyota - Lumax'? and whats the approx cost?
In a shop when I asked for the 'DCM toyota - Lumax' light set he gave me the light set for 'Swaraj Mazda' and he told me that both uses the same one.
Since I got did't buy that one. Is it so?, 'DCM-Toyota' and 'Swaraj Mazda' light sets are same?or can we use 'swaraj Mazda's' light set?

which lighting kit you are using?how is it? how much was the prices when you have done?

Me just love the brand 'Hella', great quality products they are. In my car also I'm using 100/130 wiring from 'Hella' and Osram 90/100 bulbs, the horns are also from 'hella'.

It's better to leave some than utilizing whole load. You can switch to 90/100w bulb anytime.

Never fiddle with reflectors, chances of getting them damaged.

DCM Toyota is available. Swaraj Mazda and DCM Toyota are different. DCM Toyota comes with parking light provision from what I know of Swaraj Mazda. So you'll not required to do any mod like drilling for parking light provision. Also, if you don't require parking light for your bike so be it (Swaraj Mazda).

Lumax is decent produce of Indian Manufacturer apart from many offerings in the market. They costs around 115-125/- when I bought nearly 1.5 years back. You can change them when they get worn out over a period of time and will not bite you big.

The set up looks no different if used DCM Toyota reflects on RX. Stock look (with parking lights) and decent throw.

No doubt Hella is of top quality, only that you'll not have parking light provision should you insist.

                    @ all..............

From yesterday onwards me noticed that the gear oil is leaking. It is from the right side of the crank case. Just coming out of it drop by drop to the chaisis and to the ground. It was not there before. I have't done any work on the gearbox, Engine and not opened till now from the time the bike is with me.

A week before me changed the gear Oil with 'YamaLube' 2-Stroke gear oil..

I have checked all the screws tight or not and found everything is ok.
Anyway I will take her to the mechanic next day.

But what could be the reason?

You're welcome. Using RDD 90/100 lighting kit for almost 1.6 years without any issues and I'm not the only one .

But what could be the reason?
Step 1: Waterwash the bottom part of the engine.
Step 2: Leave it idle in center stand for an overnight or something.
Step 3: Identify where exactly you notice the oil leak.
Step 4: Possible post a snap shot.
Step 5: Xbhp members will be glad to give inputs.

On the other side while you changed the gearbox oil, the washer might have worn out, might as well get it replaced. But strongly advise to follow up with above procedure so that we could learn if there are any other areas that has problem. Hope this helps!

Sanjith, adding to what Sriram has said, make sure there is no crack in the engine casing specifically in the drain nut area. Also it is advisable to change the drain nut if you suspect it. Do let us know after the observation.

It is not leaking from the drain nut area...It is from the crank case joint where two pieces of crankcase join together. The oil leaking area is marked in the snaps....
