How can 135 and 100's carb components be the same 100 runs on VM20 and 135 on VM22 rite? Only the carb diameter is different is it

Yes..Even the Jets are interchangeable between the carbs...! I'm unfortunately running on 115 mains from a 100 on a 4TL420.

Already sourced the jets Arun, waiting to lay my hands on them & see how the bike performs. As suggested by you have got 165 mains & 15 pilots that will go into the existing 5 speed carb. I'm sure the bike will rev & feel a bit faster than now...! Fingers Crossed..!

1L5 is the designated model sequence no of the 4 speed RX135. (5-speed is is 1L7 or 4UU)

If the jet is indeed a company original, it is surely a 165. Also the original jet will have 165 stamped on it.

                            Few more snaps

1)Original tool set came with the bike. See the 'RAJDOOT' embossed on them. At first I thought of throwing them away and get a new tool set, and now only Im noticing the embossing 'RAJDOOT' on them. Im going to do chrome on them and keep it.

                            --------------------------------------------------------------------------
2)'MIKUNI CARBS', Is it the same 'MIKUNI CARBS' came for RXs till the last batch?

This is now turning out to be hidden treasures....! I'd buff it to give the rugged looks whereas the Chrome will leave the tools with scratches when used...!
