Remove and get a new oil seal.
Get original TVS parts cause the local one will not work for long.

is the crank n the primary new? rest of the rebuild looks good.. n why pacco? i think there is a small problem which is getting missed somewhere. did u use a timing gun?

no the crankshaft is new, and the crank is balanced on the lathe

i meant why you thinkin of using a pacco? why not the original mikuni one? a timing gun is used to check the ignition timing . did ur mech set the stator plate right?

Ive bought the Pacco just incase. The original ucal mikuni that i have on now is acting a litle strange. No he did not use a Gun, but when he was removing it (stator coil) he marked the position of it, telling me that we would not require that device. Bro am really confused now, dunno wat to do coz my bike stil ent starting. Just waiting for my off to come so i have some time at hand and can call a local mech to my place.

Yeah abt stickers well just strolled around Margao(Goa) one day, looking for a bullet mph console (read smiths). Happened to find this set. Since it was yellow i dint pick it, then 6 months later i htot id just go n see n it was stil there, so bought it. Then whn in mumbai i picked up another snazzy flourecent red set.
