one quick question, i bought the outer and inner tube of the Gladiator. Can i keep the rest of the parts from my RX, i mean those parts which goes inside the inner and outer tubes?? Should i buy gladiator oil seal or is RX oil seal enough??
My friend has a RX his bulb is getting blown off when the throttle is increased He doesnt have a battery, he tried a new bulb still the same result, and mechanic says it cannot be rectified. what could be the possible reason??

        1. You can use parts from existing set up.

        2. Your friends bike need to change the rectifier unit.

As sriram said above, check the rectifier unit. Is it RX100 or RX 135?

            Hi Rxdude,

refer the attached picture. its an Rx100 clutch basket with only 4 friction plate insteed of 5. so you will not be able to stack 2 more set(2friction+2 metal plate) in the given space. 6th friction plate will be out of the basket.
Thank You for explaining it with a wonderful picture!

[QUOTE=karthikdattag;899412]Wonderful start rxdude. Few recommendations from my end:

            1. Instead of going for a single coloured Air-Filter, go for the Multi-Coloured Foam Air Filter. It works better any day.

            2. Michelin tyres are now made by TVS (This is an inside news by the biggest Tyre Dealer in B'lore), so i would be worried about the quality. I would say MRF or CEAT do a better job than TVS. IF you want to try imported brands go for IRC. We are using it on most of our Street Setup bikes. Even our fastest built street-spec RD350 is running on Low-Profile IRC Tyres.
Already bought Michelin M45(Thanks Sree for helping me in selecting the M45) for the rear and Sirac street for the front. My M45 is Made in Thailand and Sirac indian made

Wanted to know did the wheel rims came in Yamaha packing and are these available at the showroom for the RX or are these of some other bike.

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
                        The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

                        THE END
