What needle clip position are you running at the moment ?
Its always advisable to run rich with raising the needle and not increasing the oil quantity. 4% is a good ratio for the running IN time. Increasing further the oil quantity will lean the mixture out as the proportion of oil goes more !
I would suggest move the clip to second position from bottom of the needle - for the complete running IN period. And them move it to centre after the running IN is complete.
    Also set the airscrew proportionally.

For the gear shift concern - I presume that you have serviced your clutch assy and set the clutch push rod pin as per the service manual. I also presume that the clutch cable is been adjusted as per the manual free play settings.
If you have not then here is the go
    - Set the clutch cable adjustments at the clutch lever as per the manual.
    - Remove the generator side cover and loosen the lock nut. Screw the push rod untill it butts. Now loosen the push rod 1/4 turn out. Lock the lock nut.
Stop at RED and go at GREEN !!!

      Thanks for the explanation buddy.
I doubt the needle clip is in centre, yet to check.

And for the gear shift, I could feel it is hard even in engine off condition.

Can you please share the service manual?

        - Painting cost seem to be bit higher, but I'm very much satisfied with the quality of painting.
        - Transportation (for painting, plating) is higher again, but I don't have an option

wonderful pics. It's totally a different look after going for some customization. What is the size of front tyre? The rear tyre looks not new. Blame my sight if I'm wrong.

              Thanks Sriram.
Front is 2.75x18 and you are right, the rear is Old tyre with considerably better grip.

                Guys, need a suggestion.
Which color should I go with? (for the GB case outer ring)
                1) Blue - matching the body color
                2) Silver - matching the YAMAHA & YEIS stickers

IMHO,the silver is better.Blue is too flashy and silver just compliments the white on the the stickers and screws(Like you said).

Silver or black. Blue would look very very desi.

Leave it as it is, the grey metallic looks great by itself, adding a colour will spoil the look.

Definitely not blue, it looks terrible IMO. Silver looks OK, but reminds me of the original colour. Black wont show well enough.
