i heard it helps more lubrication.
But i have my own doubts, as the clutch keeps rotation and 3/4th of the Clutch plates are always submerged in OIL. i am not sure if its necessary.
I opened up by Engine to find the holes.

These are bikes that were restored by my mechanic Kutty. The roadking is near identical to the factory Maroon Color. Also note the retro 90s single stripe square stickering around the logo.

great great work.. i need help sourcing the seat plate/seat and the front handlebar levers ( clutch and brake ). Also need spokes, front and rear. Anyone any info??

the old key fits all the jawas with same locking...

Yes - Just the Key. I have a perfectly operational tank switch console with the ammeter.


Nope - It is different to the 1-2-3-4 key

So after a 3 day trip to rajasthan, i came how with all this -

two sets of silencers, plus one rajdoot old model silencer




Spreading out all the parts for the photo shoot!







There were so many tid bits that i dint even bother putting em up. took me the parts catalog to realise which is which.




points, condensor, carburettors, clutch housing, springs



Sprocket, kick gear, dogs.




half gear, clutch chain, carb gasket, brake springs etc.



Beauty shot of the carbs, one was used, other two were brand new jikovs.
I got only one flower nut. sadly.. need another one!



2 cylinders, gudgeon pin, piston, rings, con rod. You can see some bullet flower nuts also in the background.

A lot of cables.. got multiples of nearly each one!




Chain tensioners, handlebar switch point etc

Speedo drive, levers, some spokes. I need spokes and handle bar levers, could not source the original thin ones.

its been more than a year since all this stuff has been collected.. i gave the bike to our groups mechanic who restores our bikes. But apparently with all the parts present brand new, there wasnt much left for him,so the project dawdled around for sometime. Now hopefully by may june, ill be getting everything back in my hands and will be rebuilding it like the RXZ.

So what if its not 100% perfect, atleast i wouldve done it myself.

and then i got some more parts -



like a original seat cover embossed with jawa at the back. Petrol filler wire cup for filtration, and also the inner wire type accelerator system.
