i flicked the phrase from there
    it sounds
Saw this pic : dscn2830.jpg ; doesn't look like you have got one installed. The fuel filter sits between the fuel tap and carb feed.

    Strongly recommended.

I got a new speedo - all thanks to pradeep. The old one has conked out.

I have been riding the ZDI for quite some time now. I have hardly taken the KZMA,RX out of the garage for about a month now. Its funny how quickly your mind rewires into a new mode. If you want to revert to the old mapping, the initial few minutes can be quite a brain teaser. I got my KZMA out today after a long time and felt very odd :

    • The first thing that I noticed was that I was sitting with my legs spread unnecessarily wide apart ... the ZMA has a 6-pack ab compared to the ZDI's family-pack

    • Next, I lifted my left leg into the air was started to feel for the kick-shift lever and couldn't find anything, leaving me a bit confused for a millisecond. Had a chuckle about that

    • The Best part was shifting gears. I put her into first alright, but when it was time to shift, I didn't know whether to go up or down on the 'box and ended up stranded somewhere in-between.

LOL. Nothing hilarious but still funny. I could feel each and every undulation on the road through the ZMA's "soft-as-a-baby's-bum" front suspension.

Once you ride a Yezdi for a while, you will never complain about any other bikes suspension

BTW - as an update : I am getting a Micarb VM24 (bullet model) tomorrow on the recommendation of my mech. He claims 90% of his (considerably large number of) customers use this carb for best performance. Supposed to cost ~800 bucks.

    Update :

I got the Micarb fit on my RK. Man .. the change in throttle response is awesome. The bike is uber-smooth now. Throttle response is fabulous.

Here is a link to my Yezdi Photos : Picasa Web Albums - Sandeep - Yezdi Public ...

And here is a pic of the Micarb on my RK :

EDIT : I suggest people stay away from MikCarb if they want performance. This carb is solely meant to improve mileage

A mechanic once told me that it aids cooling. Probably, that might translate into a wee better performance. I don't think any discernible changes can be seen though.
