    Atul
the camshaft will be of a 200. WHich is better than my 180ug3(dont have a manual). I have a stock carb, wonder which carb will fit to my pulsar, i have just now spent 1k on a new carb. Was having a leaky carb, guess bad fuel. please suggest a carb. AFAIK a re-worked head will lead to loss of compression on my stock piston. but, if you are suggesting that i re-work the(stock-180) head and fit in the 200 block-piston, then i mught as well get a 200's head as well. hope you got my point.
since i dont have a lathe machine at home, i would require a person to do that for me.BTw do you know gameover?? he regularly participates in speedrun...
@joel- i have spoken to aparajith, he had done it to his 150v1. could you throw some light on this one?.

Just a word of caution about the gas-

The only high octane fuel currently available and sold in India for gasoline fueled aircrafts is 100LL (Low Lead).
You will have to back off the ign timing and/or the compression (depending upon the state of tune of your bike) when compared to the 100/130 AV Gas (which had maximum permissible lead content) that was available earlier.
The main difference in quality of fuel here was not that much the octane number but the higher lead content(in the form of tetraethyl lead which as you may know is an anti knock compound that inhibits detonation) of the earlier gas which contributed to the possibility of running higher compression and more advanced ign timing.
I had earlier run normal pump gas (87 octane, normally leaded) on my bikes with static compression of about 150psi with no issues, but now even with the 100LL gas I had to back off the compression/ign to prevent deto and eventual hole in the piston.
      Regards
Thanks so much for the appreciation raju sir

Would adding toulene or MTB to an existing 97 octane fuel be of help then?

@ me is rossi - by reworked head, i meant you get someone who has a flow bench to port your head. A 29mm CV carb would also help

Hows about adding acetone just to prevent knocking?

BS29 is in P180/200, Avenger, Thunderbird TBTS and LB500. Old Tbird has BS26 and Karizma has a Keihin VE30.
