Spare parts thread 2 strokes Yamaha RX family

@dd: The pipe is a one-off custom made to match the porting on the barrel running on the bike. Its laser cut, so the dimensions are spot on, looks like one continuous piece of metal. Cost? Priceless

@jd: Bike's running a proper 165cc setup (64.75mm piston, do the math). Porting and pipe made by a very good friend in Mumbai, both are matched. Carburation is from a Keihin PWK 28mm and a DIY air filter and stock reeds (sigh). Soon to be replaced with a Mikuni TM30SS (30mm flatslide with powerjet) and Vforce3 reeds. New air filter will literally double the size of the existing one. RDD 100/90 kit putting out more then 130W of lighting power

6 in the pic including a RXK Cylinder, 2 on bikes plus a big bore. Picking up my 10th today

Hi guys, up for sale is a new HELLA sealed beam for RX100/135 with a Lumax dome, new original RX chrome headlight ring, Made in Germany Halogen bulb and holder . This complete unit is for 100/90 lighting kit keeping the stock look of the RX. This headlight is exactly like the RX except that it can take a H4 halogen and the reflector is way better.

Nevermind. I accessed through elsewhere. Must admit you have a good collection of Genuine spares.

For those of you who din't know, thats the pic of O/S ART Piston & 4Y2 Connecting rod kit.


I had also tried using the VM26 with powerjet, but something wasn't right somewhere. Me too planning on the V-Force reeds on my bike soon, thats the last of mods i will be doing on my green 5-speeder.

By the way, very neatly kept bike, exhaust is really a treat to watch.

Since everybody is showing off their bikes so here goes :P Does not look like an RX, does not sound like an RX, does not go like an RX ( well, not like a stock RX anyway )

That's a neat looking RX Sunny Loved the EC! Would have loved the Mirrors, Indicators and front mudguard stock! And why is the front mudguard color shade different?

Would love to see it perform someday!

is the part no for all the spares from cylinder kit etc for 135 5speed same to order abroad?? or will it be different? eg: Singapore or indonesia?
Also can someone share the link for 5speed spare catalog? i searched but all i get is 4speed manual only!

Thanks Arun. I go with form over functionality; Those are caliber mirrors. provices more view than stock round mirrors. Front mudguard if from a P200/P220 since I have a P200 front end setup.

@Karthik: There is no VM26 with powerjets. Incase you confused powerjets, below is a cross section of my carb:



Powerjets are usually identified by a pipe going from the float bowl to the intake.
