  • RX-135 5 Speed Cylider kit

    Hi friends,
I had been to market last week for the spares of my bike and then got to know that Yamaha has stopped supplying spare parts for 2 stroke bikes. Thats very very sad news for 2 stroke bike lovers.
I am looking for a cylider kit for my RX 135 5 speed. Please let me know if anyone has one or knows any dealer/stockist where I can find one. I'm in deadly need for one.
    Please help

    regards

I don't think too many people know that the RXZ came with a funnel to fill 2-T Oil.

Neither did I until I read it in the owner's manual.

        Part numbers are:

        1. Funnel (1L3.15.00.01)
        2. RXZ 5-Speed Disc Caliper (1L9.04.04. something, can't see, Label worn out)

There were 3 funnels available, I bought out all of them. Hehehe.

Note the corrugated paper between the brake pad on the caliper.
This item is extremely rare coz it is an imported kit only fitted on to the rxz 5-speed.

Please all, kindly try to keep packages or atleast all part nos of genuine spares. It helps. I will soon come up with an excel sheet that has model specific details

              ======================================
              Dear Manpreet,

              Good Day !!

First of all I would like to thank you for being loyal customer of Yamaha at the same time I am really very for the inconvenience caused
              on this matter.

In this regard I would like to inform that we are in process of developing the cyl piston kit for RX 135 5 speed model .
We have just finished our development process of RX 100 series cyl piston kit & offered to market.

Just for your information the cyl manufacturing tachnology as required by Yamaha could not be found in India that is why we are developing
this from overseas. More over for this part we have made our effort for remaking of drawing & Moulds right from scratch.

Cyl being heart of engine we have to test the production lot based on performace that is why we hope that we would be
able to give this part to market somewhere in sept first week tentatively .

I appreciate your kind understanding & support on this matter to us .

Sorry once again for the inconvenience caused.

              Thanks & best regards

Have you had a look at new barrels of RX100? If someone happen to click few pics of barrel and post would be appreciated. It's really ironic, whether to feel happy about the availability or to feel sad about the finish.

                            Hi Friends
am not sure about how the quality will be, but I believe Yamaha will definitely bring something good. Atleast will get some genuine parts and our bikes will not lie in our garage waiting for extinction..
I'm really happy that at least I'll have my bike running on, no matter if I have to pay little more....... and will no longer have to madly search for the spares in the market.
