Is that Chrome or coated in black?

Also, I guess you are worry too much for a saree guard which is an accessory here. The only the last digits shows '80' which could be some recent convention adopted and the reason best known to the YMI. Sometimes questions like these could be given some thoughts before posting.

I saw MICARB in YASS, they were around 2200/- in OE packing. Never knew there is so much of difference.

Bore and piston kit OEM / place to rebore and source next size piston kit - No new bores available as far as I know. Rebore possible. Piston ART is not available other brands available. What size are you running? There is no particular point for rebore, try getting it done from CNC machine for best result.
Airfilter box with filter - Contact YASS
Iridium spark plugs - Contact Goodwill Agenices in Royapetah
Starter coil - You mean coil plate or just coil? Either of them require to place order with YASS as they are not readily available off the shelf.
Wiring - Contact YASS
No maintenece amaron battery - Contact Amaron dealer in and around your locality.
Tyres - What size for front and back ? - Contact any two wheeler tyre dealers in and around your locality - Stock - front wheel 2.5 and rear is 2.75


Where should I head to in Chennai? All depends on the availability across the city YASS or authorized dealers.
Pudhupatai? or is there other options. - I would not recommend Pudhupet unless you know the difference between original and woriginal.

YASS prices have been revised twice in the last six months. Gladiator set up now costs more than 12k there!
