Hi Big biker bros. I have posted an introduction about myself but, it isn't visible so I assume its yet to be approved.. As my rank says I am a newbie here at xbhp but not so new when it comes to biking ! Done self-styled modifications to my Yamaha Rx135 (4 speed 1996 model) I am having a problem my former mechanic (who was an assho*e) screwed up my machine completely it was then i took situation in my own hand I single handedly done everything to put my beloved bike together and result is satisfactory but there r some problems that I couldnt attend at that time due to shortcomming of finance and time
1) The grr grr sound of my connecting rod
2) Oil pump leakage
3) [s3]The annoying Gear slippage of 1st gear and the 3rd gear[/s3]

Please guide me through it experts its my kind request Thank you Ride safe and Responsibly

Hi guys, coming back after a long time... Looks like you have a full fledged bazaar going on eh... minting money dudes!!! lol!! charity work and stuff...

Got some stuff that i need to sell off -

- Two 4TL00 135cc Bores ( 1st oversize running, no need to oversize )

- 1 0.25 piston + rings ( imported, Malaysian )

- Reed valve assy

- 2x 32mm flatslide carburetors ( replica/copy/duplicate whatever you wanna call em, they work as good as the original, and are more cheaper to acquire )

- 1 RXZ crank ( note the crank is running an oversized gudgeon pin, but thats how it came from the factory, not done outside work on it, crank is perfectly balanced )

- 1 Master cylinder, with lever, and hose for RXZ front disc brake ( Needs cleaning, was working fine on my bike, replaced since i got a new one )

- 1 4TL00 head ( with a modded squish )

- 1 ported 4TL00 block, running stock. ( the piston kit goes with this one ).

- RD350 Fuel tank ( minus fuel cap ), no dents, no rust, no leak, just really dusty. Good for anyone restoring an RD. No stickers on the tank, just a coat of maroon paint done locally.

Pricing as follows -


- Two 4TL00 135cc Bores = 5k each ( 9k for both )

- 1 0.25 piston + rings = 600 Rs

- Reed valve assy ( this is fibre reed one ) = 800

- 2x 32mm flatslide carburetors = 2500 each ( 4500 for both )

- 1 RXZ crank = 1200 Rs

- 1 Master cylinder, with lever, and hose for RXZ front disc brake = 1200 rs

- 1 4TL00 head = 800 Rs

- 1 ported 4TL00 block, running stock piston = 4k

- RD350 tank - 1500Rs ( but no shipping, anyone who can pick it up locally in Gurgaon ).

Shipping will be as per actuals and borne by the buyer, Ill pack all parts nicely with thermacol, cardboard, cloth, whatever necessary to make sure it reaches scratch free and can handle the bumps as well. Anything unforseen, is well, yet to be seen....

^^ nope, these are all the old bores removed from mine and my friend's bike... I could arrange for a 3KA or something that it was. around 11k for a new bore and piston and rings with import charge.

Dunno how the $ change would affect, but yeah thats the ball park figure.
