      Not very sure.

Initially (6 months back) I had the plan of getting RXZ lock in my RX135 and checked for the parts availability and to my surprise it was available by that time.

Correct me if i am wrong, I just want to share my experience with you guys. When i first bought my RX Z 4Speed couple of years ago i always experienced this fault with it, having some kind of issue with the pick up and also some kind of knocking sound (considerably a lot of) in the lower gears. When i approached my mechanic he showed me how the powerbox was missing in it! !!
The previous owner had just blocked this connection with a knob! Later i got a brand new one and the mechanic explained to me how important it was for the bike in terms of pick up and the smooth ride feel. I must agree i did feel the change later! I also did explain its importance to other guys i met later to get it replaced if faulty or damaged.
            Hope this helps!

It stores a bit of air fuel caharge and releases at when there is a drop in pressure, in order to reduce flat spots when the throttle is pulled suddenly.

Known as yeis (yamaha energy induction system), power box, boost bottle, resonence chamber.. etc etc.

True,The Rx135s with YEIS accelerate in a crispy manner,,They dont jerk when the throttles closed..and they have better low end .

Did u replace the manifold? A bike without yeis wont suffer from poor low end, there would just be a flat spot at wot. At high rpms the box is defunct.

Hi Bibhu, Nope its the same stock Manifold in my bike. It did suffer from low end but not too poor though.(which i initially assumed to be due to a faulty ignition coil) and i installed the powerbox which was absent earlier. But yes earlier there was a lot of knock or lets say some kind of JERK in low gears which is much better now.

May be an air leak in the manifold. I suggest go for a new manifold. A leak in the manifold would cause the mixture to go seriously lean and cause knocking and jerking.
