I have just started with the restoration of my 97 Yamaha RX Z 4speed. Would reaally appreciate if my fellow two stroke enthusiasts could help me find few Original Parts.

I am currently looking for RX Z 4speed Red on Black sticker set. Can anyone please let me where can i find an original set in Bangalore? Thanks in advance!

From my experience finding the OE stickers for RX (especially RXZ) is next to impossible. NV brand is good compared to other after market ones.

Yes i totally agree with you "Mr. Boss" The garage guy asked me to get a sticker custom made as i wish from a nearby shop but i refused and claimed i will find an Original set soon. ( Now i have no clue where will i find one! )

Please help me , shud i use yamha rx 100 flute on my rx or shud i go for rx 135 flute , which one is better because i have seen so many rxs with 135 flute using on There yamaha .pl help

This is the Rx 135 flute. Which is local product its not the original one , this sounds totally different compare to original flute , i have done some modification with it as u can see in the pic there shud be two cap inside the flute which i have took out with the help of screw drivers and hammer.:banghead::thumbdown:

what is the think i need and some basic step to purchase engine work of yamaha rx-z
so in my living place yamaha original and stock spare parts are avaliable in my area...

PS: got it for my RX restoration, but fitted a bigger, aftermarket headlamp. so selling this.

The Lugagge carrier is avaliable in NAMAN AUTO ,Panvel & Grant Rd , Spare part market , Mumbai. From both placed Ihave purchased from My both Rx's
The cost is 580 - 550 rs

Hi Roy,
Does the Firing change a lot , after the modification, the caps provide a resistance , The orginal flute / mufler give you the desired DHUB DHUB beat / firing ,
My one RX has a RXG flute ,The sound is reduced more is gives a smooth silinced beat / firing

Guys, any info 5S conversion kit is still available at dealerships?
Tried at 3 dealerships (around Coimbatore) but none had the stock and said placing order to Yamaha couldn't help (as per them, conversion kit supply is stopped)
If someone could give a pointer, it would be helpful. Or even a used one at a affordable price is OK.

PS: Requirement is for my friend who is converting his RX135 4S to 5S, not for my restoration.
