Direct & Best fitting would be of the Old Pulsar 150/180 complete disk setup, you can buy it for around 2.5 k to 4.5k depending on the place you go looking for them.

Yes, you need to & following are still you need to change;

1. Fork Inner Tubes
2. Fork Outer Legs
3. Wheel Hub
4. Spokes Matching the length of the Hub to Rim

My sincere advice would do a complete search of a used Gladi Set-up. El-Perfecto fit without altering the height & also looks & brakes better than the Endurance stuff supplied by Bajaj. (No Offense to Bajaj Either, just that i stick to One brand. Yamaha)

+100, there are some floating around in the market doc, but trust me they are not worth any penny as they can be found in the worst condition that one could ever imagine. Better is to get the Malaysian Hydro foamed headers thing from Bangy & run it by altering the sting alone for stock. Ur ideas on this doc?

I found a used piece in bangalore over the classifieds section but the fellow has powder coated it. He is giving away the silencer, muffler, and the bend too along with it. But i have least knowledge abt the core or the muffler condition. pls tell me how to identify the condition of the muffler.

And btw will expansion make the bike noisy or der will be any issue with the mileage??? Expansion chambers are worth the cost?? Where will i get a expansion chamber? and what will be the cost? is there any specific brand?

Strange that you're asking for an Z Exhaust & q's about EC's when you've put your bike for sale in Coimbatore Classified's.! Is this a part of selling process?

And the reason for searching the z-enhaust is that the z-exhaust sound is very different from the rx135 or the rx100. I changed to catcon due to sound issues since i had to use the bike for coll. Now i am finishing coll and want it back...... but unfortuntely i am not gettin one.......

You have posted on incorrect thread. To answer in short:- You'll need to change the complete front end, again there is a question of accommodating the hub, which RTR came with alloy and not spokes. For that Fierro2's hub is mounted to accommodate the disc assy. Lot of headache associated. Google to learn more.

I had the Apache setup on my Shogun, and it used to brake well (also the looks), hence was keen to know..
