Have a feeling I am missing a few items here in the list. Still needs some jobs done but at least she is running fine now and will hopefully complete it in the next trip. Once again a BIG thank you to all that helped.

Few are imported . Not available at stores anymore. Yes those cardboard ones are also ART with Japanese rings! Packed in Escorts Yamaha boxes.Originally posted by NitinGirish View PostAre these available in India? Or did you get it imported.

You may post your query here as this is strictly for spare parts.
Am not too familiar with the cleaning of the cat silencer, but have heard that its a complicated procedure and also that you loose the original beat since its cut and welded back.
The old silencer were cleaned simply by "burning" (thats whats it called here in BLR) at a local welder shop.sigpic

We get ART piston made in taiwan ones for RD its costs around 9k, the escorts mahle costs around 12k.(got the info from my new mechanic)Originally posted by yamdoot View PostFew are imported . can any one suggest 1st or 2nd over size piston for RX100. any avilability of quality piston on market apart from goetz(OE one)?
i saw a mahle 0.5 mm piston kit (piston,rings, piston pin and clips) mrp Rs 540 and shopkeeper ready to give for Rs 500. machining quality was good and it was glossy ash colour.
any one experienced on this piston? how to check geniune mahle piston kit.
any guidance would be appreciated.
