Goetze costs about 670 bucks for standard size & 700 for 1st over size.

is anybody know difference between 4 &5 speed main excel and drive excel of gear box. the shopkeeper told me there is no diff but my mechanic said there is 1mm diff between them i am so confused.the shopkeeper told me he never ordered for 5 speed, all the time just 4 speed .also they don't have part catalog book to check out the part no. not even in showroom.

An approximate idea according to me should be =

1. 12V Magneto - 1k-2k
2. Front forks assembly including the steering assy - Drum brake right?? - 3-4k
3. Crank case ( left and right?? ) - 3k for both
4. Kicker assy - 150-200 rs
5. Rear arm ( swing arm right? ) - 600-1000 rs
6. Minda OE lock assy the old one ofcourse (hehehe) - ~ 700 rs

These are all guess estimates, but im sure the price would be lower than my guesses, unless you have mrp quotes.

I can send it to you, but do u have the lock for it? the key lock?? And are the rest of your panels new? because one new panel will kinda look out of color with the rest. The side panel should not be more than 700-1000 bucks or so.

1. Are you sure? I'm unable to get a OE 12V magneto
2. Yes get me the one for drum brakes of RX135/100, I'll have the inners replaced with the existing
3. Crank case - both left & right
4. Kicker assy - fine
5. Rear arm - Yes Swing arm, the one we were discussing about
6. Minda - Yes the OE with the steel keys & no plastics.

3, 5 & 6 can wait for a month or two

I think Ambal has kicker assembly when I had been there on Saturday saw a piece behind the counter and it looked like RX.
Minda OE lock with helmet lock (RX100 old model) is available for 550/- from genuine spares dealer. I have on my bike.

Sriram, what you're mentioning could be only the kicker lever, I'm asking for the entire assy that includes gear kick, cover spring, spring torsion, spacer, oil seal, circlips & kicker axle.

Can you check if the steel ones are still available? I don't mind stocking up even if JD give me one. I don't want the one with black plastic on the top.
