I remember getting the set for 6.5 - 7k something..

Also, yes the PSD's loose grip after just 3-4K and then it's a slip game every time you try to brake or lean.

I'll say stick to stock and you will be happier!
Stock always works best! For the front at least.
I had a PSD 110/90-18 rear on my ZMR in 2013. Cost me only 2850 then after returning my used rear tire. It worked well. I used it for 19k but it did feel skiddish after 14-15k km.

People who are using tyre protector please advise us if u had faced any lack of grip after using the sealant.
I had used similar product called PFZ. Works great for small punctures. But it won't work for very large nails.

5k is robbery for PSD 100/80. PSD 110/70-17 sells for 4k here in Trivandrum.

100/80-17s go for nearly 5k. You can always bargain. Take bhabhi jee with you.

    Example - Pirelli - Sport Demon - Front Tyre (100/80 R17) | ModMyBike.in or http://tyres.cardekho.com/pirelli/sp...h-m-c-tubeless

I don't have a dhoom machale bike Divya, I guess I will stick with stock. As it is in the past my experience with PSD wasn't too positive, after 3K the grip levels dropped drastically. I guess it's back to stock after 7 years then.

Haha. You can go for Pirelli Sport demon (100/80-17) or Stock (90/90-17) or Michelin.

Rest you know what upsizing will do to handling and all.
But personally when I shifted back to both stock from both Pirelli sport demon. It was a happy story.

Currently running a 80/100-17 Zapper of the CBR150, its almost at the end of its life.

I haven't used the stock Zapper FS front since 2009, but looks like that is the best option available in this size range.

Yea my friend used it for 15k on his Rc390 too.
But when you're revving insanely now & then and popping wheelies. The tyre will burn faster.
