Some examples are Bel-Ray EXS, Torco MPZ Synthetic and Maxum 4 Extra. Motul 300V, however, uses 100 percent ester as its base oil, and is one of the more expensive oils."

I would suspect that OWS oil would be a fortified ester oil and thus cheaper. This also explains why Motul is popularly considered as the best and in line with the prices in the market.
I would say, don't compromise on Rs.270, just buy it, even stock more of it if available.
