can anybody suggest a good half face (?) helmet.. the kind people wear on cruisers. i don't want the ones that are available and look like inverted bowl. rather i want something similar to that featured in one of the bajaj bike ads. should cover the sides and with full face visor and where can i get one in bangalore?

Check out Studds Marshall or Vega Cruiser. In Bangalore you have many helmet shops in Lalbagh Road.

i intend to a get a helmet pretty soon n was thinking of daijya.. but as sum1 had said dey seem to b fake.. ne further info on this guys..
shud i go ahead wid them or luk at other options..
i really liked d Sparx Griffin or watever it was..

I have my brother's AGV as well. Since almost 3 and a half years now.
It's one size larger for my head size (cause bro has a bigger head..)
But its still way more comfortable than a Vega Boolean. It also comes with licensed imported visors from AGV.(optional extras other than the std clear ones)
I don't use it much though, cause now after all this while and after quite a few washes the cheek pads have reduced in thickness, but only slightly. Bro has no issues with it. Buy one in your size and am sure you will be happy.

am liking the lid so far, am yet to do a complete test on a long ish ride...

i have gotten a tinted visor, not the mercury one, which btw, was priced around 750 i guess... - am posting the pics as well...

the only issue i am facing is that the helmet is a wee bit tight while putting on and taking off , and it has scratched my right ear a bit...

Bought a sticker of Guido (Lord Rossi's pet bulldog which sadly, passed away last year) to cover up the MPA logo at the rear side of my lid..

I've got a suggestion. Why don't you chuck the Italian colors above the AGV logo and get our Indian tricolor stickered. I thought of doing the same when I get myself an AGV or MPA-AGV shortly. Desi style, you see.

The Daijya helmets are not fake and if bought at a reputed store should not be a problem.

is a big place near sarvi(nagpada,byculla)..
d person der wud even offer u a discount if u convince him..
was offering upto Rs.650 off on d daijya helmets der n has d complete collection of dsg..

btw..
