Please dont get offended brother.....
I dont think motocross look a like helmets made by vega etc offer good protection hence I gave him a suggestion.
Axor are ls2 look alike helmets I have visited the website often
I want all my fellow riders to be safe and healthy and so do u.

Re: Helmets
I take my words back.
I dont recommend anyone motocross helmets even if its costly. They are made for specific riding style.
Regarding Vega's products, I had Boolean and Formula HP, all I can say that these two are plastic buckets. I have not used Axor yet , so won't comment on its qualityFare thee well xBhp, All the best for being the biggest name in corporate world

About Axor, though it has considerably better padding and liners than the older vega models, the shell thickness is still feeble , in my opinion, once you have used LS2, cross or any other higher brands, it will feel like a toy helmet.
It is a lot more compact than the said models.
Cheers

And yes vega helmets are not the best. But I saw the axor and it was better but obviously nowhere near the likes ok ls2 and all.also fastrack by titan has launched helmets same priced as ls2. But I dont kne they are good or bad. Anyone used it?

Re: Helmets
I will check vega helmets, there is lot of talk about this ls2 helmet, what is special about this helmet, fasttrack watches are good and reliable and i think so should be the helmets, and no doubt we are all friends bonded by same passion and love.

Re: Helmets
Fastrack helmets are made in collaboration with agv. So they are almost as good as agv helmets albeit with funkier styling

Re: Helmets
If a person can't distinguish such things, then its better to look for other options.Originally posted by kusmaker View PostHow can one be sure that the ls2 he is purchasing is not fake and a genuine product.
If you can spend 4k for a LS2 (which you are not sure is genuine or fake), you options like MT, SOL.
Ride safe and have fun.

Re: Helmets
well nadz ,I think probably you haven't read, that in this thread Prateek has written that most of the ls are fake, plus i have never seen an ls2 helmet, so trying to be sure by getting some info from the persons who knows about this helmet, i think there is no harm in it.

I have been following most threads for long now, so i know what Prateek meant.Originally posted by kusmaker View Postwell nadz ,I think probably you haven't read, that in this thread Prateek has written that most of the ls are fake, plus i have never seen an ls2 helmet, so trying to be sure by getting some info from the persons who knows about this helmet, i think there is no harm in it.
But what i wanted to say is that helmet is the MOST important safety gear and if you should not take risk if you think that a given helmet might be fake.
If there is anyway to check, i would also like to know

Re: Helmets
@Deathmate.Zed : Where is it mentioned that its been made with AGV??
@Divyanshp150 : All the LS2 sold here are fake, no matter what the price is. Price is/was never a deciding factor while proving genuine thing.
@kusmaker : The first thing is original LS2 wont have ISI mark (or "sticker"). It will have ECE or DOT (depending upon its import country) under the clear coat of the helmet. If we meet someday, you can have a look of my LS2, which is the first generation DOT certified helmets. And then comapre with the plastic LS2s that are in the market, you will understand the difference.
Regarding helmet as per your budget I have already given you some names. if you can add little more SOL is total worth the buck.Last edited by prateek2210; 04-23-2014, 12:42 AM.Fare thee well xBhp, All the best for being the biggest name in corporate world

Again! All, you mean ALL?Originally posted by prateek2210 View Post@Deathmate.Zed : Where is it mentioned that its been made with AGV??
"All the LS2 sold here are fake, no matter what the price is. Price is/was never a deciding factor while proving genuine thing."
How is it possible that every Helmet sold here (I don't know here refers to Delhi / the whole India) are selling fake LS2s? I mean, there isn't one single place in India/Delhi where we can find a Original LS2?
Well, I am sure that I have a Original LS2 helmet, which I had bought more than a year ago (from Bangalore) !
I just want to know, on what basis are you claiming this statement?
P.S : Mate, a humble request for you to not get offended by each and every post including this one. This is just a friendly conversation. It's a lot like nuts and bolts - if the rider's nuts, the ride - bolts!

Re: Helmets
@Sal : I referred to Delhi/NCR. And let me tell you how : I have the LS2 for which I was looking for visor as the stock one has got too many scratches in these 3 years, yes, my LS2 is 3 years old. I have went to each and every helmet shop for last one year in this entire Delhi/NCR area but have not found the visor, as the new ones even the stock which came with ECE sticker, there visors were not direct fit on my LS2
For reference this is my helmet (Pic 1, Pic 2) See the difference between the Air Vents and the DOT being not a sticker. Now see this for LS2's DOT certifications (Link).
Rather the stock that came after this lot were all by Vega, and they used first ECE stickers on them and now they are using ISI Stickers on these "LS2". On top of it all the Vega Axor have the same designs that are on LS2 (if that gives any hint
)
