BTW, I also bought the Helios along with the gloves. It's a great jacket. I don't get even a drop of sweat in my daily commute of 45km (both ways) in city traffic. The only small gripe I have is that the adjustment near the elbow could have had a bit more range for tightening. May be I need to get a bit fatter
Can you please advise me on what size should I go for Helios? I'm 6'1", 62kgs.
PS: Sorry for noobish query but I have never bought a jacket before and only possibility of getting is getting it online. So just want to confirm with an owner. Does it come with rain liner too?

Subject : Rjays Riding pants quality and experience

        Hello guys,

One of my friend recently bought the Rjay's Riding pants from Bachoo Motors, Mumbai. Based on Bachoo Motors recommendation my friend purchased Rjays Pants. While he wore those Rjays pants they were good in comfort and fit however when the Rjays pants were actual tested during his 1st trip it went good and he was satisfied through out his entire trip.

But when he went for his 2nd ride, the threads of my pants started ripping off from the side way in the middle of the journey. He was extremely horrified with the quality of the pants. Below are the pics which might give you clear idea about Rjays pants rather than I saying anything more about the quality of Rjays pants.

So guys before buying Rjays pants, make sure you think because they might look sturdy and good in quality wise. However the pants stiches had given up within short time.

Hey! I'm about 5'10", 63 kg. I have M. The fit is slightly loose(S was too tight), but easily adjustable near waist. Near elbow, it is somewhat loose. But fits properly with the rain liner inside.
So M may fit pretty well for you. L may turn out to be a bit too loose. I'd suggest that you start with M. If it is too tight/short, exchange it for L.
Yes, it does come with rain liner. Thermal liner and CE approved back armor are upgradeable options.
Make sure you buy it only from an authorized dealer.

Decathlon sell "Quechua" brand of Raincoats !

I have that Rain Payjama too.

Tested it for some 6-7 hours of continuous riding and my trouser inside it was Dry.

MRP is 799 but they are selling it for 599.
              Completely worth it.

after one long ride of 300 kms gloves stitching is coming out and leather near thumb aria is tearing out. Not used them more then six months though bought them over a year back but stated wearing after almost six months. six months of use is too less and never rode in rain with them. used leather conditioner and cleaning spray. just one long ride and they are out of life. that's bad quality.

That's really sad. You could have asked for replacement if it was under 6months.

But its good to give your feedback to Zulfi on your gloves.

The Helios I think is built for decently built people. It looks and feels great and has reliable armours in the Knox protectors. Problem is regular/lean guys would have a problem with the fitting, especially the arms. The sleeve has generous breadth meaning someone well short of bulging biceps/forearms would find the elbow protector sliding around even with the fasteners adjusted to their max level. Not meant for sissies . I am 5'9" and the size M fits well around the shoulders but the elbows are another thing.
Looking at your weight of a paltry 62 Kgs(especially given your height) I am sure the Helios won't fit you in the arms.
You'd definitely realize it once you try it on.
I was at Moto 101 , Bandra last weekend. Went there looking for the Helios , but realized the elbows are ill fitting. Settled for the Icarus, which is much more conpact and well fitting for my built. Obviously I miss out on the Knox armours but it's around 2K less too. I think for your built, icarus L would be a perfect fit.

PS : I think it also depends on what kind of bike you ride, If you ride ,say an R15 or GT 250R, then a bit of loose arms(though not too loose as you never know what position you'd be in while you kiss the ground ) would be beneficial as you'd crouch a lot. The Icarus would be constricting there. But for a naked bike with upright position, a snug and compact fit is fine.
