I gues for day to day city riding its no harm. My friends are using them for years , few of them core tourers. And none have faced any issues. yes for track that should differ

Lets's see where i head to, because if i spend ~4k on orazo boots now, another pair of riding boots will surely be delayed.

Are Cramster twister gloves worth buying? If no, any alternatives within this budget?
They seem nice for 1.7k.Riding Gloves, TWISTER - Touring Gloves

I'm using the older model called Twist. Definitely VFM, if you like semi gauntlet. It keeps you warm too.

I guess RYNOX is doing a great job now a days by launching new products one after another and with their mouth watering price tags and also by upgrading their armour to KNOX in their upcoming jackets !

Am using their Tornado jacket and am very much impressed with its material quality and i guess this Asphalt also should be having the same kind of impressive material quality.

But this Asphalt has a CE Foam protector at back which INMO is basic protection. They should give Knox in back as well.

One of my friend 3 months ago had an accident which led him to bed ridden for months. And he was hit at back (He wasn't with any riding gears). So I feel even bad time can come on back as well.

Thanks, I already bought the cramster twister gloves. Really nice fit and finish, leather seems good and unlike the reviews online, no color bleeding even with sweaty palms in traffic.

Try JCB shoes or Army boots, I have the latter one, light, comfortable and comes with steel toe. Costed me 750 from Delhi Cantt, might get it from army shops. I am also saving fir riding boots in the mean time.

I was going to invest in Knee guards and riding boots but, now i am thinking i should invest in riding pants and get the army boots for time being. the latter sounds better safety wise.

Any suggestions for Good Riding pants under 7k to take it to leh ride?

Wait until you get lashed left and right in heavy downpour for an hour or so. Your hands would then appear to be smeared in blue fountain pen ink.

Then i guess i'll have to buy another pair for rains. Did you have such experience with these gloves?

Yes. I still use them but I prefer a pair of surgical gloves underneath these during rain rides.

But.. Wont the survival gloves be too stuffy/Un comfortable? I mean they won't let ur hands breath air ryt?

I too have twister gloves and the dye gets onto hands in sweaty/rainy conditions.

Little uncomfortable but then you won't have hands like dried tomatoes post the rain ride. You may poke small pin holes in them though!

You didn't tell me you're planning on using them in traffic. There are other models for that.

Not always in traffic, but sometimes i have to ride in unexpected traffic, i usually ride in little city traffic and sometimes on the highway.

Okay, I'm using them only in winter. Otherwise I use the short model called MX3. I think now replaced by Blaster.
