Thats a nice deal you got there. However i've lost count of how many lifetimes, years, months, weeks and days have passed since you have ridden with us. Join us for a ride soon or those boots will run away from you.

+1. The AXO boots are pretty good and a VFM purchase.

@Praful - Order via DSG, no hassles with grouchy customs guys.

You'll be fine in a couple of days. The boots will break in within 2-3 days of riding. Pedal feel (gear shift lever and brake pedal) will be wierd so exercise caution. False neutrals might occur, dont worry. It'll be fine once you get used to the boots.

Oh yeah, congrats on the boots. And @Vibhor, congrats on your gear too.

    • heres my Cramster breezer 4.0 jacket. people have been asking for reviews, this should be better than a review i figure. read the description as well.

Cramster Breezer 4.0 Riding jacket - YouTube

heres the description: pardon the lingo, its copy pasted from youtube

"bought it for INR 5450 , using it since 7 months...really happy with quality of materials and surprizingly its quite comfortable to wear in summer .
the mesh is a real boon for mumbai summers.
its marketed as an all weather jacket by cramster,it does its job pretty good.
the rain liner is effective, attaching and detaching it is a hassle in the beginning, but once you get used to it,its not that bad.
i got this over the octane and nero mainly cause it looks better and the all weather aspect made sense to me. the rain liner can be folded to the size of a small handkerchief, you could carry it around in your backpack.

      Sizing:
I am 5'8'' 64kgs and M size fits me perfectly.the sleeves have two adjustable knobs to help the elbow armor stay in place and to prevent the sleeve from being too baggy. there are 2 waist adjustment buttons given at the bottom of the jacket on the sides.

      Comfort:
If u havent worn a riding jacket u will find it slightly heavy to carry around in your hand or bag.once worn, its not much of a difference from a normal jacket.
the jacket without its liners is really good for hot/sunny places.with both liners attached (yes u can attach rain as well as thermal liner together),the fit is snug but not too uncomfy. All in all,i found the jacket to be considerably lighter than the scoyco jk17,and its good enough to wear and chill during food or photo breaks during rides.the sleeves come with zippers which can be opened at your wrists, this is really helpful in extremely hot conditions where the extra airflow willbe of great help.

Protection: thankfully i havent had a chance to test the armors, but the armors are soft armors in the elbow and shoulders and theres large foam padding at
the back. elbow and shoulders are CE approved,so should be good enough to offer decent protection. the scotchlite 3M reflective piping is nice and effective, nothing extraordinary since all jackets in this price range come with this.all armors are removable. for washing just remove all armors and throw it in the washing machine.

      Cons:
      No Colour options
attaching and detaching liners can take some getting used to.

On the whole,i love the jacket, its good vfm at 5450Rs. the quality is top notch, the jacket will easily last more than 3 years with regular riding

      made for xbhp forums."

      • Need For A Riding gear !!

        Hi guys,
i desperately need a good riding gear. I inquired at HMC, Bajaj but they dont have the same with them. They Said "Humara to koi riding gear aata hi nahi hai bhai shaahab ".
Should i try @ Honda/Yamaha/TVS Showroom as well? or will have to buy a not-so-cheap riding gear from ebay or any other international seller.
Aside the approximate price for complete range or part of it would be useful.
Help me guys i desperately need it...

        Regards
        sigpic

          Congrats captain!
Is it the waterproof version, or the normal one?

@ all. I need to get an idea about Boot sizing, i.e. US/Euro to Indian size. Any help??

I was looking at RJays and Axo boots. Are these available at Orion?
