For getting any bike's spares catalog is not easy, you would like to have a price list too?? Company would give spares catalog where listing the parts # as they are constant whereas the price of spares are not.

If you ever get one, please share it.

No bike can take abuse nor it is something that is recommended by the company. It all depends as what is your exact purpose of the bike. Touring/City ride?

I would say RX is the best when it comes to rough use .

              • You will have to remove the fairing and side panels to abuse the zma. ZMA is a very capable machine but both bike can take a lot of abuse. But why are we talkin about abuse.

becasue not all riders like to slow down at speed breakers ...instead just raise your bums up in Air and open the throttle full...

                      • GO for the A180..Its fun to ride, you can cut through traffics very easily whereas in ZMA cutting through traffics is not easy.ZMA is more suitable for long rides.

I ride to office every day for about 26 Kms x 2 on a Zma .. i couldnt agree more.. the big fairing kinda cripples in traffic cos u need to take care of the head lights. When i ride the discover, i feel free to cut and chop adn wack in traffic.. on the other hand,. i see a lot of A180's in chennai doing chop chop in traffic where as i will have to indefinitely brake to give way for other bikes cos of my huge head. BUT On open roads.. i've wacked till 130 on speedo. and every day on NH45 i average 90-110 and if i put my finger in the silencer my finger comes out clean..

The engine is a gem.. Mine is 5 clutch plate model Mfgd 2003 ( first batch). its stock to the bone..

Don't know if A80's can take that kinda abuse cos i haven't ridden. A180 users please comment

                          • I would also like to know whether the A180 can take abuse in the sense that cruising at 80-90km/hr and ripping it as well..
It would be nice if the A180 owners post their comments.

I've been on tours of around 780 kms. or so, cruising on around 100kmph and with short (around 50 kms.) intervals of riding on 120 odd kmph The bike is very much capable of this.

And, about how much abuse it can take, I want you to know that RTR is the only Indian bike which doesn't sport a RevLimiter. That, I think, is more than enough to prove the confidence of TVS engineers about the robustness of the engine. Also, even Joel, who's the race engineer of the ONLY INDIAN TEAM MANAGED TO GO TO MOTOGP, says that RTR has a huge scope of modifications to the engine as it is damn robust and can take loads of abuse.

ZMA is surely a gem of a machine, no doubt. But even RTR is no less when it comes to take the abuse
