Yes all the pre war machines came with Smiths speedometers ( This i am saying about Matchless 3GL bikes only!!)
Exhaust pipes comes out through the gap between the front foot rest ( ie.,just above the main chassis at the bottom)
and they don't have metal Monograms on the tank( only water transfers & decals with the company logo was there)
specific machines, which really served at the battle field, doesn't have knee pads, b'coz they had Vokes air filter on the top of fuel tank, whose air filter fitment clamp was bolted on to the Knee pad holding holes

            • Good Evening Sirji - WOW a KH100 - where and how did you get it from?

BTW the engine is almost identical to my KB100, complete with the rotary valve. I thought you also have a KB? or wanted to have one?

But for the tank, side panels, mags+disc, speedo console, sliencer, roundish lights everything else is very much KB. While I thought my KB is getting uniquer, your KH100 I am sure is the uniquest hats off to you once again.

One look and I can Identify the KB 100 in it.I believe the KB 100 is the offshoot of the KH and KN 100 without the disc brakes.

Jawas are mainly piston ported, only competition machines at Czech was modified to fix Reed valves.....while going for Performance tuning.
but no production bikes had disc valves!!

                            like our Suzuki Max 100 s !!
