Do all my stuffs myself. Only when it comes to exhaust works, I have a trusted tinker who does the sheet metal work. But my first freeflow was 70% build by me with only the welding and a few bits being outsourced.
For the engine works, I have my friend venu to help me out(cylinder head, valve train etc). Would install and do the rest of the works myself. If I'm held-up I have Zen TVS to work on my bike/engine.
God knows how many times I have stripped my engines

That v-twin is now getting an off-roader bike make-over at Zen TVS.. Would transform itself into a proper torquey enduro dirt racer for rallies. The build is on and should be cranking in a few weeks from now hopefully. The bike will even enter a few upcoming rallies in the 4-stroke open.

                            Updates - Speedcheck
My R15 v/s factory bone stock comparo.
We literally did not have an R15 for comparision, but we have the bench mark speeds to verify. All speeds were recorded on the Bushnell Speedgun.
My R15 (No weight reduction - Full stock mass + 4ltrs fuel)
                            Top-speed attained - 82mph = 131.2kmph (Standing 1.1km stretch)
                            400mts - 115kmph

                            Bone stock R15
                            Top-speed attained - 127kmph (the same standing 1.1km stretch)
                            400mtrs - 111/112kmph

It was really windy and it was real hard to pull off the right speeds.
I did 3 runs. In the order of 127/126/131.
It was very evident that the conditions were not too optimum for the best speeds. Facing heavy cross winds, it was a task to get this.
Speedo read was 136/137kmph with the gun indicating 82mph. Pretty surprising that the error was quite less on my bike(?).
Other stock bikes would read 137/138 and clock 126/127kmph. Looks like there is no consistency with the speedo errors, even among digital ones.

The other bikes that we tested were,
                            P180 ug3 - 112kmph
                            Unicorn(dj_666) - 102kmph
                            Unicorn + exhaust + jetting + works = 111kmph
RXZ (chamber + street port) Tuner - some xyz fellow = 110kmph (Clutch slippage and heavy drop in speeds in 5th gear. Wrongly geared and hopelessly set-up.

                            Cheers,
                            Joel
