Upcoming Rides.

Hello riders,
We had a very long vacation in Diwali, no ride done in last month. But now its time to boost up.
Recently we had a short trip to Dasada on 2nd Dec, 2012. And now its time to have some more fun.

9th Dec, 2012 - Ride to Kabirwad, Bharuch. (One day ride)
16th Dec, 2012 - G2G @ Dakor Temple, Kheda.
23-26 Dec, 2012 - Ride: Shoolpaneshwar, Toranmal Hills & Danga forests & Saputara.

I understand you are planning an interstate meet with Mumbai guys so then why not just postpone the Saputara ride to coincide with that meet. Why Travel to south Gujarat twice in less than a month

AFAIK- not many of the young riders has got experience of going more than 300kms one way- in a day- so are you going to lead them Siddharth ?

i appreciate the decision taken by siddhart about the interstate meet up with mumbai xbhpian in jan. But one more thing i would like to tell you siddhardht is please try to avoid so many rides in succession many people could not able to come for the each and every ride that you have planned.

Yes ashik experienced riders should be their with the group as the group is relatively inexperienced and have had many short spins. Not the real hardcore riding experience so the group should be given enough time to so the people can have some experience.

There are so many young riders who don't even know the basics, most of them wear helmets and Jackets only because we don't allow them to join the ride but they don't know the importance of riding gears. We need to teach them safe riding & Group riding techniques. There is no such plan in place to discuss such topics, first lets put a plan in place where we can have G2G just for these.

We also need to teach the guys a bit about their own bikes, mechanical stuff things like how to change a cable, check and change their disk pads, check their engine oil and change it if they need to, coolant level check is needed, making a puncture is so simple yet many just don't know how to do it (Tubeless tires)

A bit of First Aid training is also a must for any biker who intends to ride distances over 100 KM and at speeds exceeding 60-70 Km/h

Why not arrenge an g2g exclusive to the riding exclusive for the importance of riding gears , long ride techniques , night ride technique and all above that u have mentioned above and the presence of our experienced riders like maitray, sunny,ashik,sudeep,minesh sir and you will be helpfull for all the young riders

Well, frankly speaking, I really don't want to include all the inexperienced riders in interstate meet. 2nd, all the rides from past was created by someone else from our Gujarat Chapter's Admin panel without informing the other admins. I too want to cancel Kabirwad ride and Saputara ride is only to sort out the riders by their riding capacity and riding techniques. I know it is a risk to allow all the rider for interstate meet.
I personally feel that, even less riders can make a good image if they are perfect but somehow some members can not understand my point.

We are atleast 20-25 riders who have all the gears and we can say they are fully experienced to ride in any condition and I just want only those guys in interstate meet.

We'll shortly have a G2G on this topic. I request Ayazbhai to take over that G2G to make our beginners aware about safety gears.
