I managed to reach Jammu and have booked the bike as parcel. It will be coming here on thursday evening. Anybody has any idea what to do with the bent leg guard? My bike will also need paint touch ups at a few places. Nybody knows any guy in Trivandrum who does it well?
what happened to that wild bull?. i hope it is ok. i hate humans encroaching into the space meant for wild life.

          • Really sorry man since i didnt know the language that bull spoke i couldnt ask it how it felt after the crash neither could i ask it for first aid or any kind of pain. Next time when i go for such a trip i'll keep in mind to learn the language of all the wild animals in the region.

It seemed fine. It got under the bike but as i gathered myself it also stood up and went by the side of the road.

no need to learn to study the language of an animal to know how it felt. it is a living being like us. it must have been definitely hurt. i asked about its condition after the crash-whether it was able to walk away or whether it remained on the ground and so on. my opinion is that it would be better if you make an effort to learn how to ride without crashes even in the most pressing of situations than take the pain of learning to understand the languages of animals. by the way who will teach you the language of animals? know any tutor?:-)

bro... we need atleast 3hrs to reach somewhere there when taking the MC road... and we need to catch up with the others latest by 6AM. That is, if we need to reach back before midnight same day... its a total of 650+ km, and in hilly areas, not roads like our NH7... believe me, we need the extra time, if you want to be reasonably alive on monday...

@Swas... you see, how difficult it is to get these lazy bones going... hehe (just kidding guys)

                            • Hi guyz

Long time, but keeping myself busy reading your posts!

Its nice to see a leh rider join our group. and I can see Lijo on top of things, getting G2Gs arranged! Hats off to the spirit guyz!

I am doing good in Mysore. The same for my bike except for it craving for new spares (clutch plates, etc). Found a Castrol Bike Zone service Center here in Mysore, so will be trying them out soon.

Happy News is that the start of August saw me on a shopping spee in Bangalore. I got myself a new LS2 helmet and Cramster Bionic knee Guards. Shelled out Rs 3500 (supposedly Rs 4500) on the helmet and Rs 1500 on the knee guards. Both fit comfortably well and I'm happy.

Also went go-karting at eZone, Marthahalli, Bangalore. My God! It was a one of a kind experience and I'm completely addicted to it!

Check out the pics I will be in TVM for the I-day weekend. But sadly not for the I-Day ride. Anyways, I'll try to see you all if you are meeting up on the previous day.

                              Ride safe! Enjoy!
                              Yours truly, HONDA ;)
                              RIDE SAFE ;)
