no idea re... i have been out of contact with most of the people these days... was in Indre most of the time, 2 speed runs and all boring stuff (because it was for mundane official reasons)...
He is out of ballance and at the same time, riding most of the time
he could also be on another cross country run

Since nobody replies to my posts... I am going to double post and reply to myself.

Checked into a hotel in KotkaPura, 120km from Amritsar.

I could have made it to Amritsar easily tonight had I left Ajmer on time. But I could only leave Ajmer at 11:15AM because I stopped at Bajaj SVC to get a minor noise in the bike fixed. Turns out it was the chain link lock gone bad.

3 events I saw for the first time in my life were:
1. Rain in the desert. (I have pictures of the wet sand not actual rain )

2. A Sand Storm which reduced visibility so badly that I had to slow down to the 40s on a *Rajasthan* arrow straight Highway.

3. Punjab special: A wedding convoy being video shot in 'Ninad style'. Just all bikes in 'Ninad style' video were replaced with cars . I promptly spoilt their video not once, not twice, but 4 times

Somebody has not had dinner in punjab?? feeling so bad... btw, sher-e-punjab has good food -(just in case you are wondering why i felt bad)

Just one query guys, Whats the difference in terms of riding comfort and long trips offered by Sport riding boots as compared to motocross boot?

Also would like to know which is more durable, rigid and can stand good amount of crashes.

Just been to Jalianwala Bagh and Golden Temple.

Heading to Wagah in a bit.

In the meantime, having some Amritsari kulche with lotsa butter, Chholay and mango pickle alongwith a Jumbo Lassi.

Truly heavenly .

If you get a chance, do try "bharawan da dhaba" near Golden Temple!
Also, go early to Wagah border to get a seat in front row for the flag retreat ceremony!

@Murtaza , Shrinath: Jagda Jhagdi band karo, gandhiji no yaad karo. Use some gandhijis from your pockets and have a party somewhere .

@Eshaan Amritsar is a religious town. Butter chicken postponed till tomorrow (even though it was available with my hotel da room service )

Edit: The Paneer Butter Masala I got here is drastically different from what we get over there. Still it tasted awesome with Spl. Butter Lachcha Paratha .

Tomorrow's plan I don't know. Will inform of my whereabouts to someone.

In Punjab, paneer is used as the base of dish not as a garnish. So you get 4-500 gm paneer as base with another 2-300 gm as topping.

Salle jalla mereko tu aur. Yest I was craving for chicken roll but salla paus aya so cudnt make it.
