sirac is a much heavier tyre compared to m45..i suggest get another m45.

I am not sure about this, But I think 100/90 Sirac might be in lesser weight when compared to 4.00x18 M45. But Yes Begin using M45 for months, I actually liked it.

How is the pilot sporty comapred to m45 weight wise? Hows the grip ? M45 sticks like a leech..waht about this one? possible to fit on 18 inc rims?

RTR160 has 18" on rear. So it must fit.

seems that i have to wait till 1000 km on odo .then i m a free bird on ma r15 .remaining issues after the run in .

I would suggest do it after 1500km mark and second service!!

its been long time i had been to a long ride .so i was planing to go on a solo ride from hyderabad to jamshedpur in december. The desired route would be on Nh 7 upto nagpur .
The problem is that my bike has still covered only 250km now .i was thinking of doing first servicing at nagpur .will the long ride stress the engine .any negetive effects ?need your suggestions .

Since you planning to go in December, put in some miles and finish your run in well before that. Get the bike serviced and leave

Changed the rear tyre from Veerubber 110/80 to michellen pilot sporty 100/90 on sunday. Costed me 1950 + 150 for the valve. Vee rubber lasted for 18k kms but i dragged it till abt 22k kms (short on budget). I wanted Sirac Street 100/90 but the shop keeper still did'nt get the stock. I did'nt want to wait so i choose this.

Offo...new tyre and all soooopaa like by the way got the bungee chords from reliance guys

Sirac and M45 , two of the best tyres I have used till date on both ma Zma's in the past. \m/

Bike Trip to Surya Lanka

Hi All,

Need some tips on Bike Trip to Surya Lanka. We are 3-4 bikers (no pillion) and planning the trip at Christmas time. Would like to know about the appropriate route and road conditions. Also pointers to AP Tourism resorts or any budget hotels would be great.

I found three routes-
NH9, NH9 and NH5 and NH9 and Tangeda Road.

Thanks for the info. MadMax. I am planning to take Route 1. Heard that the road condition is decent and Narsaraopet-->Chilakaluripet-->Chirala -->Bapatla route is traffic free. Will check for accomodation on given numbers.
