I'll join tooOriginally posted by therealabhinav View Postexcellent photos Kiran! You both had lots of fun! Hopefully i'll be able to join you guys the next time!
I'll join you next time for the ride and we'll say " 1lac, 2lac, 3lac "Originally posted by kiran_borra View Post
Family g2g's are always an emergency for us Bikers
I had a family g2g to attend yesterday but luckily it got postponed to next week and hence a successful ride

This picture looks Less like a picture and more like a painting.
We easily saw almost 200 members who were waving us saying that our bike's headlights were ON... we were confused why were they bothered as if they would need to pay the electricity bill for our bulbs! LOLZ :P
I have this problem everyday. Ikeep my headlights on and on low beam even during daytime just for the sake of on commers to make them feel that I'm overtaking/present but people keep doing that desi gesture.
. lol
PS: Everywhere we parked our bikes people wanted to know the price and we said 1 Lac and 3 Lacs.....If only Ram's CBR was along with us we thought that we'd have replied as 1Lac, 2Lac and 3Lacs respectively :P

Lovely pic of the dam&mountains-what is said is right, it looks more like a painting!
You should have made a thread buddy.
Some questions:
1. The road looks 2 lane, but smooth-please comment.
2. Availability of fuel stations, esp.Premium fuel for the Ninja
Other things like lights on are common on all xBhp rides-we ignore most of the time.
I would like to join you for this ride once the monsoons are over, hopefully my bike will have new tyres by then!Last edited by Sarvajit; 07-19-2011, 02:31 PM.Quench my thirst with gasoline!

If the forcast says no rain on sunday and hopefull if it doesnt rain, I'm game.. I don't have a rain gear + I have tough time keeping up in rains. I guess all the bikers with spectacles have this problem.Originally posted by sasikiran_bs View PostHi Guys. Was just searching for some alternate spots, apart from the usual Sagar / Srisailam. Sure!Originally posted by sasikiran_bs View PostI will join as well
As of now we are planning long rides only on alternate weekends to make it lighter on the pocket
Kuntala and Sagar are on cards but those places will be amazing only after some more rains
Roads are great except for some stretches(hardly 2-3 stretches)...Originally posted by Guru_DTSi View PostAwesome Pics there. The roads seem to be in great shape.
1. Most of the trip.... its a two lane road but with out any divider so that makes is as good as a single lane... Not preferrable for speeds over 100-110 maxOriginally posted by Sarvajit View PostLovely pic of the dam&mountains-what is said is right, it looks more like a painting!

2. After Dhindi there are no more fuel stations. I tanked up at Dhindi but it was not premium fuel... Just normal fuel
Waiting for a ride with you then
We did go to Kuntala once on the same day but we did not ride together and we were in different groups
Ya couple of pics are psuedo-HDR's. not clicked in traditional HDR way (3 different pics with variable exposure) but we can get a similar effect with a single picOriginally posted by rakesh_zmr View Post@Kiran: As usual great pictures, are there a couple of HDR's? Use less brakes in rain, in fact use them as if they don't exist only. You will be amazed how fast you can beOriginally posted by thefastestindian View PostIf the forcast says no rain on sunday and hopefull if it doesnt rain, I'm game.. Since last 10 odd days I been doing Sainikpuri-Gachibowli-Sainikpuri-Gachibowli-sainikpuri...like a non stop run. No breaks , nothing...just ride. No real purpose but go berserk on the road. All the action is been happening around 5:30 - 7:00 pm in peak traffic. Any one up for a round. ???

No ways dude, I had a very bad experience with contacts. Last time I rode with the contacts (that was the first and last time I used contacts), I had to go through a dusty road and a truck was in front of me, Though I was wearing a helmet, dust somehow managed to get into my eye and after riding for just 2 kms, My eye was all RED! As if it was bleeding. and that was followed by irritation and then followed by blurr and then followed by a bad day because of that.
Had to ride back home without the lense and it was a nightmare.
