How difficult is the slope of hell on a big fat 200KG bike with a 200KG rider and spongy front brakes?

I came down the slope of hell with almost 0 front brakes(Disk had bent so the disk wouldn't get applied properly, the pads kept slipping) only engine braking, I was quite slow though, Ninad and Thushar behind me got pissed off and got ahead of me in sometime. It wont be hard while coming down. Can't say much about going up. I don't think it would be a probelm.....i.e with 2 people behind holding the bike

Firstly you wont understand how difficult it was to get down since you didnt have front disc brakes on a 110kg bike which could be controlled on gears(which i appreciate you did very skillfully without crashing again)

Secondly we didnt get pissed off and go ahead...we just got in front of you so that we couldn't crash into you (trust me the cbr wasnt easy at all to ride on that surface,at times tushar(and not thushar) was literally power sliding on the gravel)

so slope of hell a strict no-no for a superbike/sports-bike/expensive bike, in short a bike which has got expensive and rare spares...

Yeah that had got me thinking....I had a very small first gear so I could use engine braking but the bigger bikes who have a bigger first gear would have no option but to use the front brake. That was a typo ninad I know how to spell tushar...:P

I was at bordi-umbergaon to celebrate my new year with friends. Its got a long stretch of narrow road going parallel to the Arabian sea from Dahanu to Umbergaon. I loved the tranquility & peace the place has got to offer so much so that not a single fire cracker was heard. A perfect way to start a new year according to me.

Yes fortunately I did (visit timings : 4 to 5pm only) and managed to capture this awesome view in my Galaxy S2 from up above
