Hi Guys,

It's just off the thread topic but since it is pertaining to Mumbai, I also thought of putting it here:

I visited Babloo Motors in Vashi, Navi Mumbai today and found that he has quoted the price as:
1. LS2 FF 350/351 - 2,930 INR
2. LS2 FF 358 - 3,650 INR
I just feel as if it's a little over priced. Still can you people confirm and let me know your views on the same, so as to ensure, for how many bucks can the bargain be made? The other dealers in Mumbai at least are quoting the same at what price?

Bought the FF 351 yesterday ... for 2800 .. could not bargain more and its not my cup of tea ... any ways would recommend A H HELMET ... he has more variety and u can bargain too ... mention xbhp as well ... but for me the time was a problem ... so went to babloo.... hope that u get a nice deal ..

We have even finalized a place and negotiated on the price (Courtesy Sachin Nair)

Meet up at Fountain at 7:45PM.

The food bill will be divided amongst all equally.
Members will NOT be allowed to drink and ride.
If you are coming by a car or as a pillion or want to drink, please do so in permissible limit and DO NOT ride\drive after that.

PS: Riding gear is recommended, especially for those coming from far of places.

Basic minimal riding gear is Helmet + Thick Jacket + Shoes for the meet.

Yea, bro! Hope so! I guess some additional Info that you did not see is as under:
"I called S9 Helmets( Previously AA Helmets) (Goregaon) this morning and he said that the:
1. LS2 Pumping Model (FF358) will cost about 3,200 INR and
2. LS2 Non- Pumping Models (FF 350/351) will cost around 2,600 INR.

Way better than Babloo Motors, who was quoting @ 3650 INR and 2930 INR respectively.

I also enquired regarding the same at Only Helmets (Mulund) and he quoted the prices of the:
1. LS2 Pumping Model (FF358) will cost about 3,200 INR (after discount from MRP of 3,500 INR) and
2. LS2 Non- Pumping Models (FF 350/351) will cost around 2,500 - 2,600 INR (after discount from MRP of 3,000 INR)."

Nice deal is which one then??

Fountain is the junction na ? ... ( Junction = Surat, Borivali & thane road meet )... am right ?

People coming from Thane be ready for slow moving Traffic from Thane to Suraj water park (Courtesy Some Road & Bridge work) ...

I request everyone to please pay the final amount to Saurabh Datye before you leave from the hotel. It will become very difficult for one person to go and ask money to everyone hence, it will good if all can give him the money before we leave so others dont have to dutch in the extra money

Oh yeah i missed that part totally ... well add ur travelling expenses too to AH and the Only helmet ... then compare with the Babloo's deal ... cant really say which 1 is the best ... personally felt a bit suffocated cos have never used pumping kinds so chose 351 over 358 ....and for a difference of 400 bucks i dont think any1 of us would compromise on the choice ... good luck

Loving the new interface of xBhp ... Its good to see this forum catching up and adapting to fast changing internet landscape.

Regarding the upcoming Mumbai's Dinner Catch up G2G, I won't be able to make it due to a pending office assignment ... Hope you people have great time !

Those interested in the Satara Ride on 29-30th September can start adding their names in Confirmed/Tentative list. I will be sharing the ride details soon.

OK, here is my opinion, we will be collecting money on the arrival and not when people leave.......

Amount will be conveyed then and there only. The reason behind doing so is that many times people leave in a rush to go home and forget to pay..... and then those stayed at the end had to pay for it..... I hope everyone agrees

Query - Is there any meeting point at Thane before proceeding towards GB Road , Fountain Hotel ? Or people from Thane will reach by their own?
