New to Mumbai though not to xbhp. Was reasonably active with the Bangalore guys before moving out of there. It would be great to catch-up with Mumbai folks and get new associations started!

new to xbhp but old to motorcycling & age wise :-)
so u bike lovers, in & around mumbai, meet every month?
and this time u'r meeting @ panvel? [of all the places?]
unlike many of u, i have a humble road-worthy 5-yrs old avenger 200.
can u pls help me understand a bit more on the agenda / format of the meeting?
or is it just like couple of guys riding hard from their home to the venue, doing general chit-chat & riding back home? :-))

firstly welcome to the 41 yr young gentleman

we donot have regular once a week meets or for that matter even once a month meets.

rides are a different matter though.

whenever we feel that we haven't seen each other faces for a long time or depending on anyone's mood we call up for an in city meet.

Mumbai being the way it is the g2gs are usually either on ghodbunder side or panvel side.

There is no fixed purpose other than to meet,eat & do a lot of bakar & disperse.

for rides again anyone can call for a ride--depending on the destination there are various starting points & everyone adheres to the rules given on pg. 1 of this thread.

it's tentative though @ this moment, as saturdays & sundays, when u r married & have a 10 y.o. kid, are written off in the name of family chores!
