Hi there, Yup you can keep up with the group. CC doesn't matters.

Also, if you feel that you are being left behind then don't increase the speed and try to catch up. Don't...!!

Keep riding at your comfortable speed. The group will wait for all the riders to arrive at toll naka/ junctions.

Make sure that you have all the necessary riding gears as mentioned in the first page of this thread and I am not a sir..

Ride to Shrivardhan Beach

Date:- 23rd March, Sunday.

Meeting place:- McDonalds, Kalamboli (Panvel) @ 07.00 AM, leave by 07.30 AM sharp. Reach back to Mumbai by 8.00- 9.00 PM.

Route:- Panvel -> Khopoli -> Mangaon -> Shrivardhan -> Khopoli -> Mangaon-> Panvel/ Thane/ Mumbai.

Total Distance:- Approx 350- 370 Km (Round trip).

Confirmed Riders:

1. Akshay- TB350 + 1
2. Amit Zaware on R15 + 6 more rider buddies
3. Rajeev- P180 + 1
4. Sumit- P220
5. Apratim- N250
6. Parimal- ???

Tentative:

1) Tusharr Mehta - Yamaha FZ-S

All the rules mentioned on the first page of this thread applies to every rider and pillion. Please have a look at it.

Since it gets a bit hot and humid during daytime, people are requested to carry water bottles to avoid dehydration. Get your cameras too...!!

This would be a good oppurtunity for new xBhp members to meet and greet fellow riders.

Keep on adding your name to the confirmed riders list by copy pasting this post.

Yes, +1 means a pillion; it could be wife/ friend/ anyone.

Well mandatory gears include a good helmet, Riding jacket ( Armored), gloves, knee guards, riding shoes. But if you don't have these then you are left with two options:

1. Look out for members who are willing to share the riding gears. First page has a link where xBhp members are willing to share their gears.

2. At least come with a good helmet, thick jacket and shoes. You can have a look/ discuss with the xBhp members about their gears and can take their opinion before investing in good riding gears. Hope that helps.

[MENTION=42045]JayD[/MENTION] Khopoli - Pali Road was bad in shape last year.. Please check if someone has been to Pali via Khopoli recently rest pali-Ravalje-vile-Mangoan Road is in good shape. I did that Last Month.

My family members had visited Harihareshwar last Sunday. The road condition is good. Some patch was bad in between, else not an issue.

Dad freaked out when I told him that some of the guys coming on the ride may be having a job. He would agree only if I was going out with college friends. Fat chance of that, since they're all idiots who go helmetless and make fun of me when I try to tell them about safety gears...
Anyways, no point now, he's pretty angry, so I won't be coming.
